The place is spacious and beautifully decorated. It was great to have hot water since it’s not common in the DR! The beds were comfortable. The AC units worked great. It was really helpful to have complimentary cleaning and laundry services. We enjoyed the back patio! It was really helpful to have the backup generator. It’s well integrated into the system.

This was my parents’ first international trip, and Susanne’s home made it such a special experience for them. It even gave them the confidence to consider traveling to new places in the future! Since my parents are older, I wanted to find a place that was private, cozy, and comfortable enough for us to enjoy even on rainy days, and this home was perfect. The kitchen allowed us to cook meals together, and we really enjoyed spending time in the pool as well. My parents and I are already planning to return to the DR, and we hope to stay at Susanne’s place again!

I loved it, Nancy is super attentive, the house has everything, very good with all the right utensils and services, her attentions were excellent and just as she indicates. I would stay here again without any problem, totally recommended, my friends and I were delighted. The house is just like the photos, or rather, much nicer.

Visited the DR with family to attend a wedding. Jenci was always very responsive, polite and easy to communicate with. Hector the local host was excellent and assisted with our check-in even after my flight was delayed several hours. The house is in a quiet neighborhood, slept peacefully at night; more than enough room for our party of 9 to spread out and looks just as pictured. If you’re comfortable driving in the chaotic DR streets, then I’d recommend renting a vehicle. The house has parking for two vehicles. I had not driven in the DR for over 20 years but I got my skills back right away! There is also a pool which we didn’t have time to use, but did get in a work out with the gym set up at the house. The AC works great throughout the house, which is important. All in all very comfortable home and would stay again in future visits. Thank you Jenci & Hector!

A beautiful view, the residential complex has very good rules so that family life is possible, we got confused with the check-out time and the host Alexandra was very friendly with us, even with the understanding that she had guests arriving later, definitely a nice place

My stay at Dennis's place was extraordinary. The penthouse is very beautiful and comfortable. Dennis was very responsive and easy to contact. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a nice place to to stay. I will definitely be booking here again.

Rafael’s place was amazing. In the center of the city close to everything. Very quiet and safe area. The apartment felt very homey! Definitely will be back. Very responsive host as well.

Wonderful hosts! I had a great stay. I had everything I needed. Place is small but perfect for one or a couple. The terrace was nice to use at night. There s hot water but comes at different times. I didn't ask because I was okay with the room temperature shower. Definitely will rent again.

This was my second time staying at Beijing’s place, and it was just as good as the first. I only went to the gym once, and I don’t regret it. Great location, great a/c, great staff in the building, great amenities, overall a great place to enjoy yourself. I wish I could stay longer but unfortunately I can’t, it’s time to plan and prepare my next trip to Santo Domingo, and I plan to stay at Beijing’s place a third time whenever I do decide to come back. 5/5 rating from me !
