Incredible! Alejandra welcomed us with pleasure even though I accidentally got the flight schedules mixed up and we arrived two hours later than I initially told them. Alejandra was attentive to us at all times. The Peninsula staff also gave us good service. The facilities are the same as the photos, both the unit inside and the building, pool, and beach. The location is quite private and they take security very seriously. To enter the Flamingos area where this Peninsula is located, you must identify yourself, also identify yourself before entering the property's facilities, and wear a bracelet throughout your stay. I loved that there were only 3 units when we went up to our apartment, so there was no waiting in the elevator. The assigned parking is also relatively close to the elevator. The water pressure and temperature was excellent. We could have two showers and the washing machine at the same time. The A/C worked very well. We'll be back!

A fantastic place, it is very close to the beach and the pool on the seventh floor is amazing. We also liked that there was someone at the front desk 24/7. We'd be happy to come back!

We stayed with my grandmother and two dogs, the apartment was very accessible, it has an elevator and spacious rooms... in addition, they put sunscreen in the bathroom, which was very much appreciated... The location is excellent, very close to the beach and just outside the subdivision there is an Oxxo and clean and accessible food stalls. We would love to come back!

The place is amazing, quiet, clean, amenities were really good and there are stores nearby to get everything you need. Also close to Vallarta.

The place is much better than in the photos, easy access, very friendly building staff, the pool is not heated but the view is the best, located 10 minutes walk to Playa de Nuevo Vallarta or if you take a car less time with the possibility of entering the parking lot right on the beach ($25 x hour), VERY close and varied places ($) to eat. The host was always very attentive to my questions. Fully recommended.

The apartment is very comfortable, just as it appears in the pictures. Jarla was helpful at all times. It has a great location, it is very close to Kiosko, restaurants, Guadalajara pharmacy, bars, gas station. Parking is convenient. I'll definitely be back.

We had a great stay at Ismaels place. The house was very nice—clean, comfortable, and well-kept. The pool was definitely a highlight—perfect for relaxing and enjoying the sun. Everything was as described, and we felt right at home. Highly recommend staying here if you're looking for a peaceful and enjoyable stay.

Really enjoyed our stay at Kathy’s place. After just a few nights, we liked it so much that we were lucky enough to extend our stay. Would definitely rent the upstairs in future to have friends or family come along with us. Can’t emphasize enough how great it was to have air conditioning and hot water on demand. We also used the washer and dryer more than expected, so that was great too! And always appreciate the little touches, like beach towels and a few puzzles :) It’s nice to have kitchen basics and a little bit of patio furniture, as the outdoor space is really nice to spend the afternoon relaxing. Thanks for having us Kathy, we hope to return!

Casa Suspiros, is a beautiful home just as described and like the pictures posted. Home is extremely comfortable, with all the amenities that you need to enjoy your stay.

Amazing place to stay. Everything was as listed, house was perfect for what we needed and loved the pool. I’d say it was walkable, restaurants and shopping within 15-20 minute walk, uber was very responsive for the times we didn’t feel like walking. Jeffry was very responsive and addresses issues quickly. Only thing I’d suggest is on check out day that cleaning and maintenance staff not start till check out time.

Great location. It is in the middle of everything . It is a very quiet neighborhood . Very nice Airbnb and would def recommend.

Excellent host. He was very attentive, only the apartment has practically three floors not suitable for someone with a wheelchair, it was clean except the laundry room had sand and they mention in the directions that you can't enter the apartment with sand, in general we were very comfortable.

The main reason that we stayed here was because of the 3 beautiful and spacious pools and beach access. We were mindful that the living space was small, but it was made up with amenities. Juan Pablo was very accommodating and was attentive to respond to any of our questions. We will definitely be returning for future Nuevo Vallarta trips. The security of the condominium was very assuring and would definitely recommend for families.

I only had a short stay—but I was pleasantly surprised by the great location, close to all kinds of great restaurants and street tacos

Loved this place. I prefer having more of a peaceful vacation along with authentic eating experience. This fit that amazingly. Yes the walking is a lot. The hill to get to the place is quite steep and I’m in good shape. It takes around 10 minutes to walk to the beach and another 10 to get to where most of the towns food is at. The beach club was wonderful and empty. The pool at the alamar was amazing and pretty much private. We came during the off season but enjoyed it fully. It was peaceful and the beach itself was clean and wonderful. Easy access to clean water at the facility too. Would highly recommend .
