Thank you Karen, Carolina and Alejandra, you were very attentive and kind to all our questions. We arrived before check-in time and were told that we could enter earlier. The apartment is very nice as seen in the photos, comfortable, complete, easy access, very good location, the neighborhood is very quiet and safe. I'm sure if we go back to Bariloche with my family, we'd rent it again.

Very nice apartment and excellent location. A very comfortable bed, excellent temperature and water pressure. The only thing is that the shower leaks water, because it would be missing an edge to contain the water from the shower.

Catalina's apartment is the perfect place to explore downtown Bariloche, walking distance to all of the shops, restaurants and bars. The building is new and very secure, very close to the lake. The apartment is very clean and modern, with a well equipped kitchen and lots of windows. It was very comfortable and warm even during cold rainy days. We would definitely come back.

The spaces are perfectly distributed, accompanied by excellent thermal and acoustic insulation, which makes it even more pleasant. The details of the place and the way it is prepared really deserves a plus. In addition, the complex's amenities elevate the experience even further. The willingness of the administrators is highlighted.

Impeccable! The apartment met all expectations, Mariana was very supportive. Well located, with the possibility of easy access to the center on foot, the possibility of parking in front of the building since we went by car. Check in and check out with no hassle. Perfect for both short and medium/long-term stays. It would definitely go back and indicate.

The apartment is just as described, even better. Spacious, comfortable, very clean, super well equipped, well-lit, minimalist and tasteful decor, modern. Very cozy and with an unbeatable view of the lake that allows you to rest and enjoy the environment. The condo is very quiet, which gives an environment of privacy and calm. Relatively close to the civic center if you drive and several tourist attractions in Bariloche. We loved the place and certainly will go back. Price/quality ratio corresponds to the level of apartment they offer. Gastón, an excellent host, super attentive, responds quickly, polite, flexible and concerned with giving clear instructions for check-in and check-out.

My lodging was sensational. Caro is a great host, she responded quickly and helped me with transfers and agencies for the tours. The apartment is very clean and organized with a great location. The city is beautiful and we took great tours, I definitely recommend it, I felt at home.

We thought the apartment was very nice and in a very good location. Celina's service was very good at all times. The only thing we would improve is the kitchen equipment (it does not have suitable utensils for stays of more than two nights), it does not have an armchair and the cold water in the shower does not work very well.

Just a short 10 minute walk to the center, Martin’s apartment is both beautifully decorated but also every imaginable detail from the kitchen to the bathroom, living room and bedding is first class and super comfortable. Very highly recommended— thanks Martín!

Excellent place, the view from the apartment is spectacular: total lake view, city view and snowy mountain view. Super close to Mitre, and other places too, really well centralized, super quiet location, heating throughout the apartment. Everything is very new, fully equipped kitchen (microwave, minibar, induction stove, basic equipment for use) we made most of the meals in the apartment… the bathroom is brand new (but inside the shower there was no place to put shampoo and soap, the only detail that was missing. There was a hair dryer available). We used the garage every day, rented a car and the city is super easy to get around by car, Cerro Catedral is half an hour from downtown, all paved roads, we did everything by car and it was very practical and easy to get around on your own there. The keys there are different from ours, you have to be patient to use them, but it always worked. The apartment's mattress was new and firm, and Sol offered us a pillow-top and brought it to us.

After seeing dozens of Airbnbs in the area (I'm very meticulous when selecting) I decided on this one because of the beautiful photos. Once inside, it exceeds expectations instantly. The apartment is breathtaking and the views are amazing. Very clean, tastefully decorated and tidy. The layout in the house is impeccable, with the giant, endless window overlooking the lake. A constant feeling of being in a little paradise. Communication with the hosts was instant and super friendly and helpful. My parents and I had a fantastic time, would recommend it to anyone and would always come back.

The apartment was spotless - well appointed, extremely comfortable, and had everything that we needed. The location was perfect for us - 15 minutes walking to the center of the action and 3 minutes from the best empanadas anywhere at Oveja Negra. Don’t be embarrassed to take an Uber back up the hill from town - that last hill is a doozy! Communication with Monica was great and she provided excellent recommendations. Highly recommend!

We arrived and were very happy to see Juan and Marcela's place! It is a very beautiful house-style apartment, with all the amenities, just like and even more beautiful than the photos, an incredible view of the nahuel huapi!!! We would return without hesitation, since in addition to the apartment being beautiful, Marcela's service was a 10!! Thank you so much for hosting us!!!

The apartment is very comfortable, the view is incredible. We stayed 4 people, the bed in the room is huge, 3 people fit very well, and then there is a sofa bed. We were greeted by Caro, who always communicated with me! It's definitely a place to go back. Thank you for your attention!!!

We went to Bariloche to celebrate a birthday and we couldn't have picked a better place. Nidia's accommodation is a dream: a 180° elevated view of Playa Bonita and the most beautiful hills of Bariloche, which leaves you speechless. The place has a special warmth that makes you feel right at home from the moment you arrive. Nidia is an excellent host, always attentive, with super useful recommendations and was flexible with check-in and check-out times, something we value very much. You can tell the love that goes into every detail. We leave with a full heart, a lot of beautiful memories and we are already thinking about coming back. Thank you for everything, Nidia!

A marvel! A super-equipped apartment from tableware to appliances that solve your day to day. Everything is very well kept, like new! Florencia and María Inés are in all the details, which makes you really want to come back. I had to work and the internet service was impeccable. The sunsets and sunsets are fairy tales If you don't rent a car, it's very convenient to walk to the center and enjoy the views. We are already planning to come back! Thanks for everything ♥️

Great chalet for those who want to stay next to the Cerro Catedral ski station! Marcela was very attentive during the stay! Chalet as shown in the photos! We love the time we spent there! We'll probably stay there again!

The apartment is very nice, it's clean, tidy and complete. The dogs are loving, we share the entrance and the yard where they are and there was no problem at any time to enter and exit. We had total independence in the use of the keys, that freedom is highly valued. The location is quiet, it is approximately 9 blocks from the civic center, the road there has steep hills, we went with a baby in a stroller and we were able to get up them but it involved a lot of exercise haha Delivery apps like PedidosYa, they arrive without problems. At night we could take advantage of that plan or use Uber for everything. I think the jacuzzi is a bit old, the heating was fine

I had a great experience at this location! The apartment has a great view of Playa Bonita and the Nahuel Huapi Lake, and the location allows one to enjoy much of what Bariloche has to offer—from great local restaurants to gorgeous hikes and nature walks. Wanda and Carla were both extremely friendly and responsive; Carla made the check-in process seamless, made me feel at home right away, and was quick to answer any questions I had. The apartment was also clean and was well stocked with cooking supplies. I would certainly recommend staying here! Thanks for everything.
