Unbeatable location 5 km from the center, between Pioneros and Bustillo routes It is a duplex on 2 floors within a complex where the main entrance is shared, and respecting the rules of coexistence of the place, no events or annoying noises are allowed after 10 pm. It has: a small garden surrounded by plants and flowers, a full bathroom upstairs and a toilet downstairs, a full kitchen and washing machine, private parking, Wi-Fi and central heating by boiler.

The house is very comfortable. On the ground floor there is a spacious and fully equipped living room - dining room. A very comfortable and spacious kitchen with a daily dining room. The bathroom on the ground floor has a bathtub, toilet, bidet and vanity. On the upper floor there are 3 bedrooms. The master bedroom has a dressing room and en-suite bathroom (toilet and vanity). Fiber optic wifi service and 40" LED TV Internal parking within the grounds.

A well-equipped kitchen features wooden cabinetry, a stainless steel stove with an oven, and a microwave. Counter space is maximized with a sink and various kitchen essentials neatly arranged. Natural light enters through a window, illuminating the warm wood tones.

Your family will be close to everything if you stay at this place near downtown. We are 2 streets from the bus stop and 10 minutes from downtown. Supermarkets 2 blocks away and our tourist advice of locals who like adventure. The apartment has a private entrance, so you can master your times as you like and free parking inside. The neighborhood is very safe and you can see the top of the hill eight from the courtyard of our house.
