Bautista's place is excellent: spacious, well equipped and perfect for accommodating up to 8 people comfortably. We were greeted with a wine and some snacks, a good detail for arrival. Bautista was always very attentive and responded immediately to our queries. In addition, it was very flexible with check-in times, allowing us to enter several hours earlier than stipulated. A highly recommended place for a comfortable and hassle-free stay.

Great accommodation and service provided by Lucrecia and Julián. The accommodation had a wide variety of elements that made our stay very pleasant, from extra dishes to many blankets for the cold weather in the month we stayed. The impeccable cabin with a view of the forest that really allowed us to clear our heads and rest. It's 3/4 blocks from the beach, but the road is full of trees so it's quiet and you don't feel it. Highly recommended, we would come back without thinking!

Everything excellent! It is a very comfortable house, with everything you need, a beautiful garden. It's really a place to rest. Mrs. Silvia is very helpful and attentive, a 10. The house is 6 blocks from Mar del Tuyú beach and 10 minutes from Costa del Este. You have places nearby to buy whatever you need. I would definitely be back!

We had an excellent stay. We took advantage of every space in the complex: the spa, the outdoor pool and the restaurant, everything was very good. The apartment had everything you needed for a comfortable and pleasant stay, very good treatment from Sol, Flor and Nacho. We felt very safe. Definitely a place to go back to. Highly recommended!

Complex amenities make it enjoyable at all times of the year, 24h reception, maid service, elevator and carport, heated pool... all excellent. The location is unbeatable, quiet and with private access to the sea. Undoubtedly a highly recommended place and the host, Luciano was very attentive, gave us advice and attention at all times. For a getaway or a good vacation, as a couple or as a family, it's ideal. We hope to be back soon.

Excellent 3-night stay by the sea We are a couple with 2 large dogs. We felt at home. It's beautiful to be resting and for everything to work perfectly, without having to worry about anything. We had an incredible few days. The location is perfect, just steps from the beach and an excellent parador. But the best thing: the sunset from the house's patio. A breathtaking view to end the day with a glass of wine. The apartment is as seen in the photos: very comfortable. Very quiet, ideal for resting. The ideal place to escape from the chaos, the apartment's surroundings are amazing, several kilometers of forest, a chapel outside that is worth visiting and the beach a few meters from where you have breakfast. The apartment is impeccable, clean, neat wherever you look and has everything you need during your stay. The best sunset can be seen from that balcony. An impeccable location!! We were welcomed by Ramon and we love him! He was super attentive and resolved everything we asked for and more. When we arrived they had assigned us an apartment at the top and we were with a person who could not climb stairs and they were so kind to change the apartment for one downstairs at the time, and provide us with everything we needed, the kitchen was very well equipped. we'll definitely be back!

Very nice experience at Sandra and Francisco's accommodation. Communication was smooth from the first moment and fast. The place is also very comfortable. One thing that could perhaps be improved is the bed mattress; the rest is perfect, lighting, gas and stoves working well.

I loved this place in Villa Gessell, was walking distance from the beach in a quiet and beautiful neighborhood. Great location if your looking for something private as the main street side of town is quite far if you are walking. Great for driving though, you can actually park around town without paying, unlike Buenos Aires.
