Lovely apartment in a quiet little village just a few minutes away from the motorway. We used it as a break between Ravenna and Naples but had we known that it was such a nice place we would have spent two nights here and explored the area. We really enjoyed our stay at Claudio's place. The landlords were extremely friendly and we felt very welcome. The accommodation has everything you need and is in a quiet environment overlooking the mountains. By car, many supermarkets and restaurants are easily accessible. The parking lot is also easy to reach and right by the house.

Case Pensiero fully lives up to its name. It provides spacious, uncluttered accommodation in a fantastic location, inviting thinking and reflection. The vista from the bedroom and living room windows towards the Majella National Park is priceless. The surroundings are beautiful and quiet, but all amenities are just a short drive away. Germano, who lives next door, is an excellent and responsive host who made our stay as perfect as it could be. We will definitely be back.

The experience at Mr. Sergio's apartment was very positive. The flexibility in check-in time was much appreciated, as was the host's kindness and availability. The property, located in the heart of the historic center, is spacious, on two levels and perfectly combines the old with the modern. The ground floor houses a cozy living area with equipped kitchen and bathroom, while on the first floor there are two bedrooms and a bathroom. The double bed, in particular, is extremely comfortable, thanks to the mattress and very soft pillows. The panoramic view from the windows is simply enchanting, offering an oasis of tranquility and direct contact with nature. The location is strategic: parking is easily available in the immediate vicinity, ensuring convenient access to the apartment. Overall, I highly recommend this place to those looking for a quiet and quaint place. I'll definitely be back!

Excellent solution, both for the ample space available, and for the cleanliness, and for the availability and promptness in responding to every message, but above all for the location, a stone's throw from the center, but still without confusion. If I really had to try to find a flaw, I would recommend larger shower towels, but it's really just to find the hair in the egg. In short, for me it is highly recommended.

Gianluca is an impeccable host, from check-in to check-out, he is always present if you need him. The only difference compared to the listing is that the parking space is NOT inside the courtyard but is available (you can find it if you look well at the right times) on Via Pola. This discrepancy was immediately explained to me very kindly by Mr. Giancluca because there is NO way, on how the Airbnb site is set up, to enter the existing parking option if not choosing the internal option. Anyway, fabulous location because you are in the center, next to the station, next to both promenades (north and south of Civitanova) and the free beaches available in addition to the numerous clubs and bathrooms. Highly recommended. P.S. Must: breakfast on the balcony facing east.

I had an all-round successful two-week stay in the apartment in Numana. The apartment was very clean, quiet and surrounded by gardens – perfect for relaxing. I particularly enjoyed the morning sunrises on the balcony. The host Simone was very friendly and helpful. His tips on the surroundings were very valuable – whether on beaches, restaurants or excursions into nature. Everything worked smoothly. A big plus for me was the closed-off area right in front of the apartment, where I could safely park my mountain bike. The proximity to the sea was ideal: Numerous beautiful beaches were within walking distance, and the towns of Numana and Sirolo also impressed with their charm. For mountain bike fans, the nearby Monte Conero offers fantastic routes and breathtaking views. I highly recommend it and would come back anytime.

we stayed for the May 1st bridge, in this apartment in the wonderful Abruzzo, impeccable cleanliness, convenient to all services restaurants, bars and pastry shops, large free parking a few meters from the apartment, excellent and comfortable bicycles available to travel 200 meters the beautiful bike path on the sea to Pescara and beyond.. it is practically located in the center of Francavilla al mare, I thank Nicola the host infinitely for the warm welcome late at night on the day of arrival, it seemed to meet a friend is not at all obvious nowadays. We'll keep it in mind!

Comfortable and spacious apartment, very quiet. Parking in front of the house, pleasant walk to reach the sanctuary, in about fifteen minutes. Very nice surprise a rich assortment of sweet and savory products for breakfast: thank you!

It doesn't get any more Italian than that. We lived 2 days in a beautiful villa from 1850 on a hill between the worth-visiting Ascoli Piceno, a young lively city, and .. the Adriatic, St. Benedetto. We dropped some plans to have as much time as possible in the villa. Leonardo and Vincenzo are extremely kind and thoughtful hosts. And they made us feel free to move around the house and the beautiful garden. We spent wonderful hours in the salon and on the spacious terrace, where we even danced... For friends of a time travel to the 19th century... We loved it. Thank you

Your hospitality was remarkable, and the good travel tips you gave us were very helpful. Breakfast was delicious, so every day started perfectly. The fantastic view of the sea and the mountains made our stay unforgettable. We would definitely come back and highly recommend her place!

Stefano's B&B is super cozy! Very well-finished in detail, both the interior and the outdoor garden. We found the room and bathroom to be very clean, the breakfast varied and plentiful. Stefano and his wife were very kind and helpful in providing some advice about the area. Recommended

We so enjoyed our stay with Giulia and her family. They were wonderful hosts that made us feel right at home. Slept great in a comfortable bed. The best meal we had in Italy was a simple late "lunch" that Giulia made of homemade pasta, meats, cheeses, veggies, and sweet bread with delicious wine. Guilia provided great ideas of things to do in the area and her place felt like we were "locals" for the 3 nights we stayed. A fun standout, my husband loves gelato. Guilia recommended a place in a town near by. Not only was the drive absolutely beautiful (we took back roads) the gelato was delicious. I can't wait to go back and stay again. Highly recommend, only wish we could have stayed longer.

Andrea is one of the most kind hosts I have met. My sister and I unfortunately became ill on the trip and he checked in with us regularly and provided support. Incredibly communicative and went out of his way. Wish I could give more stars. The room was clean and well-kept with a spacious bathroom. The location was a 5 minute walk to the beach and had a communal kitchen that was stocked with a variety of utensils and a clean fridge. The housekeeper Lucia was also extremely helpful and kind. Would absolutely recommend this to anyone visiting the area. Thank you both.
