Monthly Rentals in San Basilio, Rome

We made a great choice with Fabio's accommodation, with free parking under the house and public transport within walking distance of the accommodation.

Very cozy, clean, well-furnished and equipped accommodation. It is located in a quiet residential area. Not far away there are supermarkets, pizzerias, clubs, the Talenti market open every morning until 2:00 p.m. where you can buy fruit, vegetables, deli products, and much more. I was in the car and to go to the center of Rome I left it at the Rebibbia parking lot from where the subway line B starts. Chiara was very helpful and efficient. I felt right at home.

The listing is as shown on the listing page. The neighborhood is quite quiet, with the essentials around. Besides, there is a very close butcher shop, run by very nice people and good products. Restaurants are nice too. Despite the distance between the center and the accommodation, buses are passing through very regularly and at rather decent prices. I would not hesitate to come back to Simone's place, if I had to be here again. Thanks again.

The location was ideal for us, as it was close to our relatives. Alessandro was welcoming and responsive, providing clear check-in instructions and helpful local tips. When we encountered a minor issue, Alessandro addressed it promptly and resolved it immediately, which we truly appreciated. I highly recommend staying here to anyone visiting this area of Rome. Just keep in mind that the area is served by buses, and the closest subway station, Rebibbia, is about 20 minutes away by bus (route 444).
