Relax in this unique and tranquil home with the view tower and the ocean as a neighbor. Small, charming home surrounded by views. You'll be staying in a small annex on your way to the tower. You have your own oasis in the middle of our property - a small homestead with fields to the sea. The property is located on the hill of the lookout tower in Besser, where the sun rises over the sea or where the evening sun can be enjoyed in the viewing tower. The view reaches the sea and fjords. You can walk along the field road to a lovely secluded beach in 8 minutes.

Cozy family cottage right down to the beach. The house sleeps 6 adults and 1 child, in the summer months there is a cozy annex with room for 4 adults. The cottage is located next to one of Denmark's most beautiful child-friendly beaches. Here, there is plenty of opportunity for lovely walks along the beach, crabbing and a round of mini golf on Denmark's oldest mini golf course. In the summer months, there are several good takeaway options in the area. The cottage was renovated in 2019, with respect for the history of the house.

Super cozy and atmospheric apartment, in the best location in Ballen, just across from cozy Ballen Badehotel. The apartment's major attraction are the two large roof terraces. One with morning sun and one with evening sun. Especially the terrace facing the street and the seaside hotel exudes a southern vibe. The terrace with afternoon and evening sun in the back is more private and part for sunbathing. Cozy bright Bedroom with a double bed. Lovely bright living room with two sofa beds.

Nice and cozy cottage with a fantastic view over the bay and the countryside. 2 levels with two living rooms (one with fireplace), 3 rooms and an extra room by the carport with double sofa bed. The stairs to the first floor are steep, so it can be a challenge for people with walking difficulties to get up and down. Bathroom and kitchen with all equipment and dishwasher and small washing machine. One can also sleep on the sofa on the 1st floor. Large partly natural plot with many large trees.
