Super séjour entre copines dans ce logement ! Grand appartement, bon aménagement de l’espace, parking gratuit juste en face , tout le centre accessible à pied, PARFAIT ! Assez calme alors qu’on est en plein centre ! Je reviendrai avec grand grand plaisir si l’occasion se présente ! Merci !

Un appartement vraiment charmant et très fonctionnel avec vue sur les toits d'Avon. Quartier paisible et à proximité de nombreux petits commerces, très proche de Fontainebleau. Nous sommes venus pour un événement au Grand Parquet, qui est à 5mn en voiture. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir.

Really nice and convenient place in the center of Fontainebleau. Walking distance from market and great restaurants. Apartment was great and host was very responsive. Ideal for a Fontainebleau stay.

Oli has been a perfect host for our vacation. The studio is very bright with a lot of light coming from the windows. The position is close to the forests for climbing and hiking; the city centre is reachable walking. The accommodation had all we needed. The host was very helpful and he manage quickly to solve a small misunderstanding regarding the check-in. I warmly recommend it!

Ottimo appartamento. Una volta arrivati al terzo e ultimo piano, abbiamo trovato un appartamento tranquillo, completamente nuovo, con tutte le comodità. La posizione è privilegiata per tutte le comodità, per i negozi, per il mercato, i ristoranti. Vicinissimo al castello. Abbiamo abitato l’appartamento per 10 giorni. L’appartamento era ottimamente accessoriato, c’era tutto quello di cui avevamo bisogno e, come sempre, abbiamo trovato i prodotti della pulizia, i saponi per il bagno, le capsule per il caffè ed altre cose necessarie per la cucina (carta, sale, spezie, olio ed altri condimenti). Ci siamo sentiti come a casa nostra. Assolutamente da consigliare. Torneremo presto

Incredible stay. The apartment is updated, beautiful and spacious. The grounds are very peaceful and maintained. The location is right across the street from the chateau, can’t beat it. Charles and Melis were wonderful to interact with and even went the extra mile by kindly offering to help us navigate the local real estate market. Highly recommend!

Kevin was a great host. We very much enjoyed our one night stay in Fontainebleau. We really wished we could have stayed longer. Our host was very prompt with responses. I will say 2 things to know in advance: 1 if it's too cold let Kevin know he can turn the heaters up, I didn't do this because I didn't know so we were pretty cold but it was manageable. And 2, if you are a light sleeper like I am bring ear buds to cancel out the sound. I always have problems sleeping with noises so I always carry my ear buds with me, and I had no problem falling asleep. It was a magnificent apartment, and if we ever returned we will definitely try to book Kevin's ppace again. Thank you!

Le logement est d’une propreté irréprochable, il offre des prestations de grande qualité avec une décoration soignée et chaleureuse. Nous nous y sommes sentis comme chez nous. Tout est pensé pour offrir un séjour confortable et sans fausse note — rien ne manque ! David est un hôte attentionné, accueillant et très sympathique. Nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir, sans la moindre hésitation !

Le cadre est idyllique, le jardin magnifique et très bien entretenu, avec vue sur la rivière, sur laquelle on peut faire un tour de canoë ou de kayak. La maison est très agréable, avec sa grande pièce de vie et sa cuisine bien équipée. La literie est très confortable. Et enfin Fabrice est très accueillant, disponible et de bon conseil sur les activités à faire dans le coin : balades en forêt, jolis villages, châteaux…

We stayed 4 nights at Julien's house and it was perfect for our needs. We could combine nature hikes with historical Chateaux all from one place and Barbizon itself is a charming location. The accommodation was spotless and had everything we needed for an excellent stay.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour en famille dans la jolie maison de Pierre! Le quartier est très calme, on entend chanter les oiseaux le matin. Le centre ville n’est pas loin. Nos deux petits enfants ont beaucoup apprécié le petit jardin clos. Pour nous, il a été particulièrement pratique de pouvoir faire une lessive. Pierre nous a accueilli chaleureusement, c’était un plaisir et nous nous sentions comme à la maison. Nous reviendrions avec plaisir pour un prochain séjour! Le weekend et le soir, il est possible de se parquer sur une grande place juste devant la maison ce qui est très pratique. Pendant les heures de travail la semaine, ces places sont souvent prises par l’entreprise située à côté et il faut se parquer en créneau dans la rue, parfois un peu plus loin.

Had a lovely 3 night stay in a very private, well equipped house. Very secure garden for our two dogs. kitchen had everything you needed and plenty of outside seating to enjoy the beautiful surroundings. Didier was very responsive to any questions that we had. Perfect. Thanks

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour, la région est très belle. Nous avons apprécié le barbecue dans le jardin et ensuite finir la soirée avec la balnéothérapie et les saunas. Les appartements sont très accueillants, propres et joliment décorés. Nous reviendrons lors de notre prochain passage dans la région. Sans oublier la gentillesse de l Hôte Theo. JE RECOMMANDE

La maison est telle que décrite: très charmante et agréable à vivre et le village très agréable. Hélène est arrangeante et la communication est facile. Merci à Gérard (le voisin) pour ces bons tuyaux!

O apartamento é novo, muito bem equipado e com tamanho excelente para uma família de 3 pessoas. Fica ao lado da floresta, em uma rua bem tranquila. Existe um mercadinho para necessidades básicas e um parque infantil bem ao lado. Possui estacionamento com vaga descoberta. A Sarra foi extremamente gentil do inicio ao fim da nossa estadia. A cidade fica bem pertinho de Fontainebleu, com preços melhores que a vizinha.

The perfect spot to stay if you're in the area for some bouldering! We had everything we needed for a really easy stay. Great communication before and during our stay. The flat is really close to the Halle and the local bakeries. It's really close to bouldering spots, and we appreciated the additional two crash pads that were provided. Would recommend and would definitely stay again!

Lovely flat - we really liked the outdoor area. There was an issue we identified with one of the shutters on arrival but it was fixed promptly. We would be very happy to stay here again.
