Not recommended for children under 10 years of age as a safety measure ( river).

This house is full of living charm, be my respectful guests. This house is mine, I live in it, my things are stored in the cupboards, but they won't bother you when you occupy the house, I'm settled elsewhere. The 1st floor apartment, which is independent, is occupied year-round by a tenant

Quality cleaning is provided by us ( included in the price). Just so you know, we have replaced the sofa bed (daily sleeping) in order to offer more comfort to visitors. Rental of bicycles (including electric) possible from our neighbor (instructions in the last photo of the listing).

Located along the Seine, you can go for a walk or enjoy aquatic activities. On request, we can rent you bicycles and crash pads.

In a very quiet area, it is located at the back of a large walled garden, one kilometre from the station and shops, and 400 meters from the forest. Perfect for a stay with family or friends, the house is also ideal for remote working as it has a fiber optic internet connection.
