Vacation rentals with outdoor seating in Samoëns

Sebastien a réagi rapidement à nos messages, la communication était facile, pas compliquée et sympatique, nous nous sommes sentis à l'aise. Le chalet était tel que décrit, propre, très, très bien équipé (mieux que décrit), la vue magnifique, et le sauna et jakuzi super. En somme, de belles vacances pour nous.

Maria et Jean-Marc sont des hôtes très accueillant et très ouvert sans être avares de renseignements pratiques. Le logement correspond exactement à la description de l'annonce et s'avère très fonctionnel. Jean-Marc s'est proposé de nous amener sur un site proche de leur domicile tout en nous faisant découvrir sa région natale. Un grand merci à Maria et Jean-Marc pour leurs conseils et leur disponibilité. Au plaisir de les revoir éventuellement si l'occasion se présente.

Our family of five from spent an unforgettable three days and three nights in lovely Chamonix and in this wonderful accommodation — the farthest point of our road trip. The children chose this place from several options and made an excellent choice. They absolutely loved the yard and terrace and would never have gotten bored! We fully enjoyed the breathtaking scenery and the cozy atmosphere of the house. We all slept well and were extremely satisfied with everything. Thank you to our hosts for the warm and friendly welcome! The cold beer from the local brewery that we received as a welcome gift after a long day of travel was absolutely perfect! Thank you also for the chocolates — receiving them in a beautiful box will surely leave a lasting memory for our youngest one. “Thank you for letting us stay in such a lovely place. We had a really enjoyable stay in this Chalet hosted by ManaHomes. Chalet itself is beautiful and great location within walking distance to Chamonix town centre. The hosts were really good, communication was perfect and sorted us out with travel cot and high chair for our baby with no problems. I couldn’t recommend this place any higher, we wouldn’t hesitate to go back.

Cette année nous rêvions d’un noël sous la neige et notre vœu a été exaucé au delà de nos espérances ! Merci à Laure d’avoir mis son chalet à notre disposition, chaleureux et familiale, il correspondait parfaitement à nos attentes. Bien situé, il nous a permis de faire des balades dans des sites magnifiques proches en voiture et du ski pour nos grands enfants. Laure n’était pas présente pour notre arrivée, mais avait tout préparé (bois pour le feu, petits chocolats, raquettes…) et elle est restée joignable à tout moment et très disponible. Une pensée particulière pour sa voisine Hélène qui nous a accueilli avec une gentillesse exceptionnelle et nous à conseillé sur les sites à visiter. Petit bémol au niveau du chauffe-eau qui a eu quelques loupés et du chauffage électrique qui se règle dans chaque pièce. Nous n’avons finalement utilisé que le poêle à bois, très efficace, mais il faut être sur place pour le recharger. A part cela, des vacances de rêves dans un chalet authentique.

The most amazing spot! We had the most perfect stay with our 2 year old son. The house was exactly as described and spotless with the bonus of parking. The host was so helpful and very gracious, despite our timekeeping. The terrace was superb with stunning sunset views. We loved driving along to Talloires which had great restaurants, along with an amazing boulangerie (Le Fournil de mon Père). The beaches in Talloires and Angon were great. Would definitely stay again. Thank you!

Die Unterkunft war super sauber und der Whirlpool mit dem Ausblick war überwältigend! Die Gastgeber waren sehr freundlich. Wir hatten einen schönen Aufenthalt!

One of those ‘even better than expected’ places on Airbnb. Modern, clean, well designed apartment with amazing views over the lake. Location is great - walkable to a number of lake beaches and the village. Host is super responsive and super helpful! Would 100% stay again! 🤍

Rien de plus facile que de laisser un commentaire. L'appartement est exactement comme sur les photos. Pauline et Ronny sont très proactifs et se sont assurés que nous avions toutes les informations pour rentrer dans l'appartement avant notre arrivée. Que dire du logement, mis à part qu'il donne envie d'y revenir rapidement ! Il y a tout ce qu'il faut : le lit est confortable, le balcon est pratique pour se poser, et que dire de la vue ? On ne se lasse pas du Mont-Blanc. Un grand merci à Pauline et Ronny.

Superb apartment, spectacular views, very wonderful host. All the amenities listed plus much more- very well equipped kitchen. Felt right at home and the lovely deck view, and location in the town of Chamonix was perfect for my family of three.

This lovely and comfortable apartment is exactly as described and shown in the photos. The smallest details make your stay as nice as being in a fine hotel: comfortable beds, pillows, extra throw blankets, good quality linens and plush towels. Francois and Capucine are nearby when needed but always discreet and allowed us our privacy. If that is not enough the highlight is the breathtaking views from the deck. The photos do not due justice to the awesome majesty of the mountains. We had many outings planned but only did half of our plans as we only wanted to stay local and to enjoy the views right from the house and nearby Combloux. Combloux is a gem as is Megeve and the proximity to Chamonix makes the location ideal! We will go back with our children and grand children!

Great cozy place with snow mountain view to chill around. Location is also convenient to go shopping & exploring in town. My friends and I enjoyed staying here. Thanks for great stay

Un séjour exceptionnel chez Fantine. L'appartement est idéalement placé. Départ des randonnées direct depuis le logement. Très cosy. Très calme à cette période. Fantine est une super hôte, attentive et réactive. Nous recommandons fortement et nous reviendrons sans hésitation ! Merci beaucoup pour tout!

Petit appartement très bien placé dans Samoëns. Très propre et bien rangé. Proche des restaurants du centre.

The place was so nice and we loved the spending our morning in the huge backyard watching the cows eating grass and late nights in the living room with some vibey music. The place is very cozy and is fairly new. However, we didn’t had salt in the kitchen but we borrowed from the neighbours;) Julie came down right away when we texted her that we had some problem with turning on the lights in the living room. However, we do not recommend if you don’t have a car. The host would ask for additional 50 euros cleaning fee if you decided to let them clean the apartment or you can choose to either do it yourself

Very responsive host (Small problem dealt with almost instantly!) with good communication. Clear instructions to get in. Central location that was also quiet . Easy to walk to local restaurants ( good recommendations from host) even with my crutch ( notes there is 2 flights of steps to flat) Immaculately clean & well presented studio flat. We didn’t do any cooking but simple hot plate & microwave, fridge & Nespresso coffee machine. Hot shower.

Merci à Cyndie pour son accueil, sa gentillesse et sa réactivité. Le logement est un petit cocon que nous avons bien apprécié pour notre anniversaire de mariage,très bien situé, avec une place de parking en souterrain qui est un vrai plus même si sportif pour se garer, nous avons tout de meme pu y garer notre 5008. Une Hôte et une adresse que nous recommandons vivement et où nous envisageons de revenir.

Très bon séjour d’1 semaine aux « Pieds dans l’EAU »• À quelques minutes à pied du lac et du centre du village de Talloires (très bon pain frais le matin!), logement récent très propre, spacieux et très lumineux, tout confort, très bien équipé et très joliment décoré, avec une place de parking privé très appréciable. Des horaires d’arrivée et de départ très flexibles en toute autonomie. Sincères remerciements à nos hôtes, en particulier Florian avec qui nous avons été le plus en contact. Très sympathique, bienveillant, très attentif et attentionné, toujours disponible et très réactif à nos demandes. En bref, beaucoup de « très » dans notre commentaire mais très mérités … On ne peut que recommander sans hésitation. Seul regret Florian, ne pas vous avoir rencontré en personne ! Bonne continuation dans votre rôle de Super Hôte soucieux du bien être de ses voyageurs de passage. Françoise et Philippe

we were blown away by this place - the view is absolutely amazing. the house was spotless and very well equipped. the nearest village was an 8 minute drive, and there is a market on on Saturday mornings. annecy was around 30 mins drive into the centre. the host was very good at communicating and also gave us our space which we appreciated- also very accomadating as we were travelling with a baby they kindly let us check in a little earlier. the only thing I would give as feedback to the host, there is no shade in the garden, and as we were blessed with gorgeous sunshine throughout our stay, we enjoyed eating our dinner and letting our baby play outside - maybe an umbrella or parasol over the decking would be an added touch. overall wonderful stay and would 100% recommend.

La communication a été fluide du début à la fin. Le logement était conforme à la description, propre et très agréable. Nous avons passé 3 jours dans le logement de Marilyne, où tout est bien pensé pour que nous passions un magnifique séjour dans cette si belle région. Marilyne est disponible, réactive, et très sympathique. Je recommande ce logement pour son emplacement, sa propreté et sa vue sur le lac d'Annecy.
