Sopho's apartment, great, clean, availability of everything you need, very comfortable bed and sofa, there is air conditioning and a self-contained oven, the apartment is not hot and has a beautiful view of the old parliament and mountains from the window! The only disadvantage is the six-lane road near the apartment, with an endless flow of cars and endless noise, which, unfortunately, it is difficult to block even the window double-glazed windows, but despite this we were able to sleep!

this place really is a hidden gem. it is located in a historic building that is being restored.. Sophie and her husband have done an amazing renovation and decor..don't be turned off by the outside because after all this is current 2023 renovation projects in Georgia, there are many other places being renovated and this is one of them. Sophie's apartment is nicely done. it is very clean and plus they are very nice people who are hard working trying to make a good living..

Nikoloz is a good host. He is very polite and communicative person. There was nothing about Nikoloz that might have confused or concerned us during our vacation.

I would highly recommend this listing! Giorgi is a cultured host, at the right level of English, very nice and very invested who will guarantee you a great stay.:) The space itself is very clean and well appointed, with plenty of space to move around. The atmosphere is really warm and you will have all the necessary amenities. Finally, the fact that it is off-center from the city center (20min walk) guarantees a certain calm as well as a green space carefully guarded by a very playful and affectionate dog. And if you don't want to walk: the taxis are numerous, fast and very inexpensive (2 laris to go to the city center, 3 laris to go to the train station) and will allow you to discover the city but also and especially its surroundings thanks to its strong offer by bus and marshrutki!
