Vacation rentals with breakfast in Samegrelo-Zemo Svaneti

Very warm and welcoming people felt like home. A wonderful wooden house - geese, turkeys, roosters come to visit. Delicious fresh rustic. Food. There is a waterfall nearby, where you can swim. Beauty! It's certainly not a luxury hotel, but a modest wooden cottage, but we loved it!!!!

We are very grateful to Muradi and Vivne for their hospitality. They're very gentle people. They were treated to national dishes, wine, and also showed and told about the making of wine. Mila was told about their home country. Everything was delicious and interesting. Also, Muradi is very tidy. Took to the center and other sights of Kutaisi. Just did a great 😊 job! Thanks again. I would recommend their place is lovely! Just a paradise🤩

Everything was great, the place is exactly as described and the host was very responsive. Please pay attention to the location, the point in Airbnb was incorrect (the host sent the right one). One shower/toilet for 10 guests is a bit inconvenient, it would be great if there was another one.

I highly recommend the guesthouse – it has an excellent location for skiing, a warm and welcoming atmosphere, and serves delicious food.

Aza has been really friendly to us. she gave great advice for what to see and where to go. She also helped us arranging our transports in the area and out of Mestia. Really great host and a beautiful location. If you plan on visiting Mestia, I can only recommend you stay here.

Sopiko is a very nice and responsive host. We absolutely enjoyed our stay at her place. Convenient location, clean and cozy rooms.

The room is new and very clean, the landlady is very friendly, their daughter and niece can speak Chinese, it's beautiful and cute.The location of the address was wrong and far away.Suggest to call driver and host to confirm.The actual location is right across the road from the gas station all the way in.If you have your own rental car This is highly recommended.Separate kitchen, the common area on the fourth floor is very spacious, and the snow view on two sides is very beautiful.Washing machine is also available.But if the hottest part of the walk is a bit far.

this place really is a hidden gem. it is located in a historic building that is being restored.. Sophie and her husband have done an amazing renovation and decor..don't be turned off by the outside because after all this is current 2023 renovation projects in Georgia, there are many other places being renovated and this is one of them. Sophie's apartment is nicely done. it is very clean and plus they are very nice people who are hard working trying to make a good living..

A beautiful house, the room and living room are beautifully decorated! We really liked the host family, nice and helpful people. There is a heater in the room which is important in winter. The place is very close to the center, on a cozy street. Thank you Maya for having us!

Spacious apartment, quiet, easy to access with very good value for money, good location and close to all amenities

We had the great honor of being their first guest. It was such a wonderful stay. The room itself is perfectly accommodating and comfortable for what we needed. The hosts are phenomenal. Sophia made us breakfast both days and it was a lovely and full spread of authentic Georgian cuisine. The newly remodeled guesthouse was easy to reach with our phones and we had nice private parking. The shared terrace is both adorable and has a stunning view. I highly recommend staying here.

We stayed 4 days at Eka's house and had a wonderfull time. Nice, friendly and english speaking host. Easy access to café/restaurant and Okatse Canyon. All in all a very nice place we absoloutly will recommend to others.

We only stayed one night here. Everything was there that we needed. Even a small kitchen in which we could make something to eat in the evening. The reception was very friendly. Only the place was hard to find because our navigation doesn't know the small streets. With the help of G Maps, we were able to do it. In the morning we got a super delicious breakfast with homemade pastries, which was even included in the price. Even a mocha (Turkish coffee) was cooked especially for us! There is a beautiful roof terrace with plenty of seating areas and great views.
