Farmstay vacation rentals in Samegrelo-Zemo Svaneti

I had a beautiful stay. I came a rainy Saturday night and was met by Irina and her daughter Lizzi. I enjoyed a great meal in their living ethnographic museum. Irina speaks fine English and we had good talks around love, religion, history and life challenges. I had some fun time dancing with both mother and daughter. The nature surroundings were beautiful, and I went for an afternoon trip to the waterfalls. Due to my late autumn visit, it was cold in the night, but luckily I had brought enough woolen clothes. I think it is a perfect summer residency. All my recommendations!

Ubytování u Anny bylo milé v jejich bytě jsme měli dva soukromé pokoje, její dvě děti a kotě jsou vážně roztomilé. Jídla bylo hodně a bylo moc dobré, na všem jsme se lehce domluvili.. Jeli jsme k ledovci na jejich koních , to bylo úžasné . Ushguli je okouzlující vesnice , plná horských túr, kamenných domů a věží a doporučuji shlédnout lokální film Dede v místním kině ❤️.

Svetlana and Timur are the most welcoming hosts! Their property is beautiful and it feels like you’re visiting your relatives in a country side. The cottages are very charming and cozy. They have all the necessities, little kitchenette with a fridge and a kettle, hot water, several warm blankets kept us warm. We had a delicious homemade breakfast with the hosts and just had a wonderful time overall. Just keep in mind that this is a countryside and there are chickens and other nature sounds, so if you’re a light sleeper, bring ear plugs. Thank you so much, Svetlana and Timur!

Wat een heerlijk verblijf! Het is een prachtig huis, waarin de creativiteit van Marina goed terug te zien is. Je voelt de liefde van Marina overal. De tuin is prachtig, en de omgeving is erg mooi en interessant (ga vooral naar alle Stalin-sanatoria!). Marina en haar gezin waren ook uitermate vriendelijk en lief toen ik door een hond gebeten was, een familielid wilde graag mee naar het ziekenhuis, en daarna kregen we nog eten van de familie omdat het erg laat geworden was. Aanrader!

I’m leaving Nino’s house feeling full of love, peace, rest and food. The guest house where we lived is a spacious, clean and homey, surrounded by gardens, all you hear is animals and birds, all you smell is pure village air… The house has everything you need, like living on a villa. The kitchen is outside but we didn’t need it at all cause Nino stuffed us with terrific georgian food. There is either wild beach or cultured, 10 minutes drive from home. People are sweet and funny. Animals too. A peaceful, happy place. Would love to come again.

Antonina was very helpful and responsive, we didnt get to meet her, but we had contact with her on Airbnb. Georgi was the one who picked us up from Mestia and drove us in his small suzuki to his place up in the wild. Georgi was the best host we had in Georgia! Even though there was a language barrier, we had wonderful conversations and exchanges via google translate. Georgi made us tea, coffee, breakfast and dinner (he is a very good cook!!) Georgi is one of the kindest souls you could have as a host. The whole place where he lives is just one of a kind, you can see the snowy mountains and the chalaadi glacier. If you are coming to Mestia and want to have a peaceful stay with great views and natural ingredients (from a garden) in your food and have hiking trails at your doorstep, this is the place!

Muradi war ein hervorragender Gastgeber. Er hat uns zu einem sehr geringen Preis vom Flughafen abgeholt, uns zu den Sehenswürdigkeiten in der Umgebung gefahren und uns köstliches Essen zubereitet. Von seinem selbst gebrannten Branntwein durften wir auch kosten. Besonders sehr hat er sich um unseren kleinen Sohn Maurice gekümmert, der sich bei Muradi sehr wohl gefühlt hat. Die Unterkunft ist gemütlich, sauber und ruhig und wir können einen Aufenthalt bei Muradi sehr empfehlen.

The house is amazing! It is an old traditional Georgian house, very clean and with a lot of light. The kitchen has everything you need for a comfortable stay for a few days. It is very quiet there, so a good night's sleep is guaranteed. Alexander is a wonderful host! He prepared fruit and bread to welcome us and explained how to find the place.

მშვენიერი დიდი ეზო ჰამაკით, დიდი აღჭურვილი სამზარეულო. მოსახერხებელი ადგილი ლოგისტიკის კუთხით (მესტიამდე 7-8 წთ მანქანით), კარგი ლოგინები, მთელი საცხოვრებელი სივრცე არის განთავსებული მეორე სართულზე, საიდანაც ულამაზესი ხედი იხსნება.

Amazing place and the most generous and delicious breakfast that I've ever had in Georgian guest houses. After such breakfast I had enough food for the whole day. Quiet place, with only sound of crickets outside the window and a nice view to the night sky to stargaze.

Dům paní Nino je stylový, budete se cítit jako na zámku. Čistý, prostranný, stylově zařízený. Největší poklad se ale nachází uvnitř a to je paní domácí Nino. Velice empatický, milý člověk a když máte možnost se s ní dorozumět, což jsem měl, probrali jsme různé stránky života v Gruzii. Paní Nino mi byla i nápomocná vyřešit všechny věci, které jsem potřeboval vědět o Kutaisi i okolí i s mým odjezdem. Nino byla nejlepší hostitel, kterého jsem na cestě po Gruzii potkal. Moc děkuji Nino a všem doporučuji pobyt u ní.

This was an extraordinary experience. Eldar and Eka were extremely helpful, kind, hospitable and caring. Besides all of that, they also respected my space and privacy. They accepted me as a member of their family for those five days of my stay, I have never imagined I could feel this accepted through an airbnb booking. The meals were just outstanding, every day, Eka cooked something super delicious using only home made products, also everything was clean, warm and overall comfortable. I hope I will have a chance to visit this place again, especially, for the friendship established with the owners, extraordinary people.
