Events or loud parties are not allowed, and only people listed in the reservation are allowed to sleep at the house. Everything is nice and sparkling. Keep in mind that there is no elevator and it is not very suitable for older people (the penthouse is located on the 5th floor). I didn't use the jacuzzi, but I'd have to see if the water pressure is good enough to use it. The pool is large and well maintained, the manager keeps it in excellent condition, there is also a small one for children. The layout is very comfortable, the bathrooms are clean and with everything you need. The kitchen with all its implements. The upstairs terrace is cozy and I loved it. I would definitely come back :)
