Absolutamente recommendable! La casa está dentro de una urbanización privada y las medidas de seguridad al ingresar al recinto son exigentes. Lo cual entrega tranquilidad y sensación de que estás en un ambiente muy protegido , algo que se agradece en Guayaquil. La casa tiene todas las amenidades que ofrece y puede ser una fantástica opción para gente que va en familia. Los chicos tienen patio atrás para jugar, pueden salir a explorar, hay piscina y un PS! Qué más se puede pedir! Jaime, por otro lado siempre estuvo atento a nuestras necesidades, responde de manera oportuna y es muy paciente. Definitivente volvería a alojar aquí con today seguridad!

Excelente, regresaré definitivamente, estuvimos muy cómodos, y mis hijos que son jóvenes y exigentes, se sintieron como en casa,y sobre todo les encantó que tengan dos baños con ducha!,mi esposo quería quedarse más tiempo...(racismo en él), Deysy super nice, lo recomiendo definitivamente!!!😍😍

Muy cómodo y bien ubicado con una vista espectacular al cerro . Definitivamente un lugar tranquilo, por mi parte puedo decir que no se escuchaba ningún ruido desde el piso 9, que es donde está el departamento. Equipado lo suficiente incluso para estancias largas. El poder usar los amenities es algo resaltar en el edificio a pesar de ser un huésped de estancia corta. Me gustó mucho la vista !!!

El dpto muy limpio, cómodo y agradable … justo el departamento está en una excelente ubicación entre Mall del Sol, aeropuerto y un hospital. Juanfer es una persona amable y siempre a disposición. El único punto negativo fue que al hacer check in tuve que esperar 1 hora por mala comunicación entre Juanfer y el de la limpieza, y yo estaba cansado del viaje y solo quería bañarme acostarme y dormir, pero todo fue esclarecido después se disculpó y me permitió quedarme hasta 1 hora más en el momento de check out. Cuento solo mi experiencia pero lo demás fue 10/10, volvería una vez más a su depto.
