Vacation rentals with a patio in Samar Island

My family was very happy and enjoyed their stay in the place. Definitely will consider next trip. The property was big and very clean with all basic necessities was available to used. Very secure and quite place and very close to all amenities in the city. Host is very responsive and helpful. Thank you very much for a lovely experience for my family. I think this is the best apartment you can find in central Ormoc City. It is set up great, especially for longer stays. The pictures are accurate & everything is very clean and works properly. The ocean is ~ 500 M away. Walking into town to the central market is about 1.2 KM. Walking to the Gaisano Mall and/or the SM Mall is 800 M to 1 KM. There is also a sari sari store called the White Market just at the top of the street on the main road, maybe like 100 M. You can buy basic needs there (snacks, drinks, soap, diapers, rice, eggs, milk, load etc). Tricycles are available right at the main road also. There is also a Foodpanda here if you need food delivery. The host Jan has been great to communicate with and is really sweet. The property caretaker Jennlyn is very helpful and takes really good care of the property. She has been awesome to have around & is really sweet and helpful. Overall it has been a really nice stay & I would definitely recommend staying here without hesitation.

We had a great stay! Location is good. They let us rent motorbike. Tho the signal or WiFi upstairs isn’t good but manageable. Host was accommodating despite being in London. Overall it’s worth what we paid for.

Ms Ai and her husband are super nice and their dog is super friendly and a good boy! They are responsive during our stay and came to the flat every now and then to check on us. Definitely would recommend the place for everyone who comes to Borongan City! Absolutely fantastic stay in this is awesome space, feels like we are at home with a relative, our whole stay was very relaxing and comfortable. We are touched by the simple things they put inside the flat like coffee, soap, tissues, gallon of water, they are very thoughtful of our stay. The place was spotlessly clean and had everything you could possibly need! Would def visit again! :)

I believe my wife and I were the first guests to stay at the Omawas Beach Surf House. The small studio house is literally brand new, fully equipped kitchen and a very user friendly bathroom. A nice long Beach out the door with super soft sand, made for great walks! And crashing surf to sleep to every night. Josel was a super attentive host , but also gave us our privacy as well. A really enjoyable stay!!!

Our stay was great, the entire experience was perfect. I really love the place, the view, actually everything, it gives you peace and it's definitely the perfect place to unwind with your family and friends. Kudos to the Host Sir Joel and staffs for being so accommodating and one call away whenever we need anything. This place is really a true hidden gem and very highly recommended. We'll surely go back here. ❤️❤️❤️

We had a nice stay. It was a big house. Nice balcony and from the roof deck you can take fresh air especially at night. You can have all the space you want. Bedrooms are big. And the living room and dining room is big for us. Thank you for hosting us. We will come back again.

Though we checked in late, it was still the best hours of our lives staying there. We’ll definitely book this airbnb someday. My friends and I had a comfortable stay in this house. It felt like we’re home. The privacy and the sound-proofness of this house was the best part. We shared memories with laughs and giggles during our stay. The one who accommodated us was very approachable. We had a good sleep and also the Starlink was fast. Rooms are also cleaned. All in all, we had a great time. 💛

We had a really pleasant stay! The place is very nice and modern. All rooms, including the living room, were air-conditioned, which made our stay super comfortable. WiFi was stable, and the provided speakers made our videoke nights fun. Hans and the staff were very accommodating and responsive, which we truly appreciated. One challenge we experienced was with the water supply. Since the area doesn’t have a direct water line, the tank has to be refilled manually. While the hosts did provide water and refilled the tank as requested, we thought it might be better to schedule refills every morning to avoid any interruptions. Also, providing flat sheets on all beds would make the stay even more comfortable Overall, we truly enjoyed our stay, highly recommended and would definitely come back again.

The place looks great and aesthetic. It was a little loud during the day by a busy street but peaceful at night. The new construction was great and we were impressed with the size of the place.

We had an incredible 13-day stay at vicky’s place!
