Great place to stay! The location is perfect—just a short walk to restaurants and a supermarket, and there’s beach access for only 375. The place is spacious and clean, and the owner is very responsive and accommodating. It’s also pet-friendly, which is a big plus—I’ll definitely bring my fur baby next time! Would absolutely stay here again.

The place was nice and beautiful. It was a great experience for us to stay in your place although we can hear the noise from the outside. The unit is big, spacious, clean, neat, and comfortable. The kitchen is fully equipped. And last it is ideal for remote worker because of the high speed internet. Thank you for the great unit 💛

8 Newton hotel is a great place to stay! It was a cozy room for four. Clean bathroom, kitchen, living room, beautiful balcony, and nice bedroom. There was just a bit of noise from the Pasigarbo festival parade but not that distracting. Overall, the place is pleasantly nice and clean, the concierge is accommodating, instructions are timely, and the host is helpful and responsive. Thank you!

Andy is a great host and is responsive. Breezy check-in and no hassles during my 2 nights stay. All appliances in the room are in great condition. Overall, it was an amazing short stay.

My husband and our 2 kids (6 and 4) enjoyed our stay. The space is a little smaller than expected however we made it work. The bedroom door wouldn't shut with the air mattress down and the swing allowed less space for our kids to move around. Overall, the beds were comfortable and the shower was nice. We used the kitchen amenities and the washing machine as well! We enjoyed all pools and beach at Tambuli and the restaurants were delicious too! Monaliza had great communication and always answered as soon as she could. We would stay here again and will recommend it to others!

Excellent host, great service, perfect place for family gathering with well maintained landscape, open area concept, air conditioned rooms, modern kitchen, clean and spacious bathrooms, close to town center and can accommodate lots of guests. Will definitely be coming back.

Our stay was great, the entire experience was perfect. I really love the place, the view, actually everything, it gives you peace and it's definitely the perfect place to unwind with your family and friends. The place looks great and aesthetic. It was a little loud during the day by a busy street but peaceful at night. The new construction was great and we were impressed with the size of the place.

Great place to stay! Marciano and Victoria were very helpful. The property was well equipped and very clean. The water pressure in the shower was a bit weak but the outdoor shower worked perfectly. We will be happy to come back:)

First time using AirBnb. Luckily I found a gem of a place. Worth every penny.

Smooth check-in process, and the air conditioning was wonderfully cold—perfect after a day out. We had a minor issue unlocking the door the first time, but the owner was very responsive and helpful. Aside from that, everything was perfect. The place was very clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. It's in a great, walkable neighborhood with plenty of places to eat nearby. Definitely worth the value. Would stay here again!

An amazing place in a fantastic location! It truly felt like staying in a hotel. I especially loved the keyless entry with coded locks, so convenient! There were some power interruptions, likely due to building maintenance, but overall, a great experience.

We absolutely loved the place! My niece and nephews loved the pool and we absolutely loved everything else too! There are a lot of restaurants in the area to choose from so it’s a great place all around. The host was super sweet and extremely helpful with my 1 million questions LOL. For me it was a 10/10! Will definitely come back again soon!!!
