Beachfront vacation rentals in Samal Island

The stay was perfect. It's a little paradise and the hosts were very, very friendly. We felt very comfortable from the start. We already miss this little paradise. Thank you for the hospitality and we will definitely come back. If we could we would give it 6 stars.

A nice place to stay that has a private bathroom and a shared kitchen. The beach was nice with some decent coral and some nice waves at high tide! Convenient to the Hagimit Falls and close to the barge.

We had an incredible time at this beautiful place! The beach is stunning, with its crystal-clear blue waters, and we were lucky enough to spot dolphins. The caretaker was incredibly accommodating, and the generous owner allowed us to extend our checkout time. The rooms were spacious and well-equipped with plenty of beds, so we didn't have to worry about sleeping arrangements. The kitchen and dining area were fully stocked with all the necessary tools, and they even provided free gallons of water. Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and we can't wait to return to this amazing place!

We had the best beach staycation ever at Marie's place. We loved how serene the place is. My teenagers loved the hammock place, my toddler enjoyed the beach, and us adults had a great time overall. Having the place all to ourselves during our stay was a bonus! And the free breakfast was very much appreciated. Miss Marie is very accommodating. Thank you!

Raymond's and ate Rowena's place was absolutely amazing, definitely worth the visit! My girlfriend & i had a wonderful time! It's a quiet & private place sorrounded by nature, followed by a relaxing ambience. The fresh sea breeze and beautiful ocean view from the garden, made it a perfect getaway from the city. It is a perfect place to snorkle, with beautiful coral reefs just a few meters away from the coast. Raymond and ate Rowena were great hosts! They accomodated us with all our needs. Their place is very well taken care of, you can see that they put a lot of effort into it. As a bonus, they also declined bigger groups and day tours to maintain the tranquility of the place while guests are staying there, which shows that they really care about their home. We will definitely visit again, the next time we come back to the Philippines!

The place is aweeesome! If I can give 10 star rating I will! My family stayed for 3 days and 2 nights and we were reluctant to leave, we pretty much had the place to ourselves. The place is quite far, and the way to the resort is a dirt road, can be challenging, but once there, it's worth it! I didn't get to see the turtles but I was fascinated because the corals are alive, plenty to look at and just enjoy the day. We had a bonfire at night, had fun with friends and the owners were very accomodating! The place is clean and the kitchen is complete with basic stuff you need to cook your own food. We had fun, and we will definitely go back!

Highly recommended staying for 2nights was so amazing. The place is so beautiful and my favorite off all there high class service.

In my entire condo-renting experience, this is by far the best accomodation I've ever had. The place is way beyond your expectation. It's cozy, and clean and literally a home far away from home 🫰The best choice esp for those who wants home cooked meals. They have all the things you need when cooking. The place was super clean and spacious - even with 12 of us staying there, it never felt cramped. We loved how the beach was just right outside the accommodation. There's even a cute little swing! The view was beautiful, and we got to catch the sunset too. Kaputian Beach Park is just a short walk away, and there are plenty of stores around- carinderias, convenience stores, and even BBQ stalls at night. There's also a market nearby if you're after fresh seafood. On our last day, we actually bought fish straight from the fishermen- it was caught at 3 AM that same day! Check-in and check-out were super smooth, thanks to the owner and caretaker being really responsive. We honestly loved everything about the place. If we ever visit Samal again, we're definitely booking here a second time.

It was our second time staying there in just a matter of three months but it always felt the same - Very homey and peaceful. The expansive lawn gave the kids a lot of space to play. It is also near the port and the market so it was easy for us to buy stuff we need. Fish vendors can drop by and we can buy freshly caught fish. The owner is also very thoughtful. We will definitely book again!

Had a wonderful staycation at Amie’s place! They were very proactive and responsive - specially when we needed a few things to cook breakfast. We absolutely loved the pool with the scenic view of the beach. Highly recommended, we’ll be back soon. :)

Cosy house in a lovely neighbourhood. Very quiet- we slept well in the very comfortable bed. The local people outside of the compound were very friendly to us, when we took our morning walk down to the beach. Also, there is a little convenience store just outside the gates, which is open until 1am. Very handy for a midnight snack.

If you're looking for an adventure and ultimate experience of a paradise, you must visit Basanvilla Beachforest. Staying here, you will feel what it's like to live away from city life and experiencing province life. Riding the habal-habal going to the premises itself is an extreme adventure and you can feel your adrenalin rush. A little reminder - BEING A COWBOY IS A MUST 😁 The overall experience is truly wonderful so i'm gonna give this place 5 stars. Thanks a lot!
