Vacation rentals with beach access in Samal Island

Overall, it was a good experience! The place was clean and cozy, and the location was pretty convenient for what we needed. Communication with Eya was smooth, and check-in was hassle-free. However, there were a few small things that could be improved to make the stay even better. Nothing major just a few details that, if addressed, could elevate the experience to a perfect score. Still, I’d say it’s a great spot for a short stay. Thanks, Eya!

It was a quiet and cozy little condo. I would recommend this place to friends and family.

Seawind Condominium is very quite and good for relaxing place. Me and my friend have an amazing stay into ma'am Flor's unit. The place looks exactly like on the pictures and everything described is absolutely accurate. We have everything we may need for short long stay, including washing machine (which is not very common to see and a very nice touch). There amazing swimming pool, also ferry for Samal island is around 10 mins walk. Can recommend the place and the host with both hands up. Excellent value for the money. I will definitely book again if available on my next visits in Davao.

I gave 4 stars because the place could use a bit of improvement. The bedroom, living room, bathroom, and kitchen were all spotless, which we really appreciated. However, there were no rugs provided, and some of the kitchen utensils—especially the spoon and fork—had a slight rusty smell, so we opted to use wooden ones instead. The area itself is peaceful and private, making it a great place to relax and unwind. The restaurant nearby opens at 7:30 AM, the pool at 9:00 AM, and the beachfront is accessible anytime. Check-in took a bit of time, so we explored other nearby spots while waiting. Despite that, our overall experience was great, and we’re definitely looking forward to coming back soon.

We absolutely loved our stay! The view of the sea right from the living room was amazing. The space is very big—perfect for a big family outing. All the beds were comfortable and everyone slept well. There’s a nice balcony to relax, an elevator if needed, and direct access to the beach just beside the property. The beach is cleaner during high tide, but there’s some natural debris like grass and branches during low tide—still totally swimmable and enjoyable! We also appreciated the private parking space, nearby stores, and the large dining table where the whole family could eat together. The whole place was clean and well-maintained. We truly loved it and would definitely stay again!

Amazing Stay at La Casita, Island Garden City of Samal! Our recent stay at La Casita, hosted by Zandra, in Island Garden City of Samal was absolutely fantastic, exceeding all our expectations! From the moment we arrived, the experience was seamless. Traveling to the property was incredibly easy because "Doods" (the caretaker) picked us up in a pickup truck. This thoughtful touch made us feel welcomed and taken care of right from the start. Doods himself is truly a gem! He was incredibly helpful and genuinely nice throughout our entire stay. More than just assisting us with our needs, he actively engaged with our family, playing with us and making us feel like a part of his own family. His warm hospitality significantly enhanced our experience. The home itself offered a delightful, "province-like" feel, which was wonderfully relaxing. We were pleasantly surprise

We booked and stayed at Aiza's place, twice, last year (2024). Why? Because the place is clean, comfortable, well-maintained, and has the amenities we need. It is in a quiet neighborhood and is conveniently located near eating and shopping areas. Best of all - Aiza is a very responsive host, addressing and resolving any concerns and questions we had. We will definitely stay here again next time we are in the area!

Best for team building or family gathering

it's our 2nd time here in this cozy house,they have there own solar panels Incase there's a sudden brown out. Very accommodating and responsive as well .

We had a pleasant holiday in Joan's house. The apartment is very nice, the kitchenette equipped with pots and appliances. The larger bedroom is very spacious, bright and quiet. The view from the balcony is very beautiful, you can see the sea which is not very far away and beautiful tropical vegetation. The swimming pool is not very large but is perfect for spending pleasant and refreshing moments. Joan, our host, is very nice and above all very helpful and attentive to the needs of her guests. We will definitely return to Samal to Joan's house.

We had such a great time at Mansud Shores Beach Resort! The whole place was exclusive to us, which made the experience super relaxing and fun. It felt like our own little private escape. The view of the beach was beautiful, and while you do have to go down quite a few steps (around a hundred!) to get to the shore, it’s totally worth it—especially for snorkeling. The pool was also a nice spot to chill, and since it was just us at the resort, we were able to do our own thing comfortably. We had some group games and activities, and the privacy made it feel extra special. Shoutout to the caretakers too—they were very kind and always ready to help if we needed anything. Overall, if you're looking for a peaceful, private place to unwind and have fun with your group, this is definitely a great pick!

I had an awsome stay with 15 guests. The place was awsome for our needs. Katherine was always responsive and Roy was a star and came within minutes when needed. It is a little out the way but perfect if your looking for a getaway. There is a little sari sari store just 2 minutes walk for essentials. The place was clean and tidy and very comfortable for all our guests. The pool table and pool and kareokee are was a big hit. Highly recommend the place and will be back next year.

Host is very responsive and replies to questions/inquiries within a couple of minutes. The unit is very cozy for a minimalist style. Walking distance to cafes, and restaurants, there’s also a convenience store a block from the building. The host is also very proactive to my needs as well. 5 out of 5 would recommend this place.

Theresa was a great host! Responded very quickly, and was very accommodating to our needs/requests. Check-in instructions were super detailed and helpful. The apartment was very clean and well stocked. We could not have asked for a better location. Overall a wonderful place; we would stay here again easily! Theresa’s place was brilliant, great value for money and great location, Flat was clean and welcoming, beds were comfy. The property is absolutely clean and stylish. It is exactly the same as shown in the pictures and within walking distances to various attractions. A kitchen with all the items you’d need and all very clean and well presented. We would definitely recommend, as we feel so lucky to have found this little treasure in the beautiful town of davao city.

In my entire condo-renting experience, this is by far the best accomodation I've ever had. The place is way beyond your expectation. It's cozy, and clean and literally a home far away from home 🫰The best choice esp for those who wants home cooked meals. They have all the things you need when cooking. We had a wonderful stay at this condo in Davao City. The apartment was clean, spacious, and well-equipped with everything we needed. Having two bedrooms and two bathrooms was a huge plus. The location was also very convenient, close to SM Ecoland, restaurants, MTS... The host was responsive and helpful. The pillows & towels were exceptional! Having pool access was fantastic. Room for improvement: the internet connection was slow. Other than that we truly enjoyed our stay.

It feels homey and affordable! Planning to stay again soon!

Marie Ann's place is cute and cozy, very near at the airport, perfect for travelers who need to catch their flights. She's very responsive and friendly. Highly recommended.
