Genießen Sie den Ausblick in dieser ruhigen (Ende der Straße, neben Feldern) und zentral (7 min. zu Fuß in den Ort, 10 min. zum See) gelegenen Unterkunft. Die Terrasse vor der Küche, mit Blick auf den See, lädt zum Frühstücken ein, die zweite Terrasse vor dem Wohn-/Schlafraum, zu einem "Sundowner" bei Sonnenuntergangsstimmung, Seeblick und Lagerfeuerromantik. Die Unterkunft verfügt über einen eigenen Eingang und Garten. Ein kostenloser, videoüberwachter Gästeparkplatz steht zur Verfügung.

Ideal for couples, friends or families, the 3-hectare secluded property (not fenced), surrounded by forest and private meadows, offers space to explore & unwind. Family-owned since 1976 – a special, natural place for peace and privacy.

Apartment right on Lake Mondsee

The apartment with private entrance is located directly on Lake Mondsee with picturesque views of the Schafberg. In the immediate vicinity (about 200 to 300 m) separated only by the waterfront road, there are two public swimming facilities that can be reached on foot or by bike. The public beach Loibichl is about 3 km away and the center of Mondsee is 8 km away. The festival city of Salzburg can be reached in 30 minutes by car. Mountains and surroundings invite hiking and biking.

Whether a family vacation is on the agenda, you just want to enjoy the peace and sun or want to be really active in sports: everyone gets their money's worth with us! Unser Chalet liegt direkt am Traunsee und bietet eine überdachte Veranda mit atemberaubendem Blick auf den See und den Traunstein – der ideale Ort, um in Ruhe zu entspannen. Im Winter könnt ihr am nahegelegenen Feuerkogel Skifahren und Schneeschuhwandern, während der Traunsee im Sommer zum Schwimmen, Segeln und Surfen einlädt. Mietet ein SUP und erkundet den See auf eigene Faust – ein unvergessliches Erlebnis direkt vor der Haustür!

Old town apartment with terrace in Hallein

Our guest apartment is on the second floor of an old town house in the heart of Hallein and offers a nice view of the pedestrian zone. Shops, bakeries, cafes, ice cream parlors and restaurants with beautiful gardens are practically at your doorstep. The medieval salt and Celtic city of Hallein is considered the “little sister” of the cultural city of Salzburg, which can be reached by S-Bahn in approx. 20 minutes.

Penthouse Obertraum Mountain View Lake Hallstatt

This lovingly designed duplex with covered terrace and large balcony was completely rebuilt in 2022 and offers you everything you need for a memorable stay in the mountains. The apartment is located in the center of Obertraun in the immediate vicinity of picturesque Lake Hallstatt as well as the entrance to the Dachstein-Krippenstein ski resort and is also easily accessible by train.

'dasBergblick'

The vacation home dasBergblick is situated in a quiet location and offers plenty of feel-good atmosphere with direct views of the Hoher Sarstein. The Ausseerland lakes and the "Loser" ski resort are a few minutes drive away - snowshoe hikes, walks and bike rides are possible directly from the house. We can accommodate up to 4 people.

The new wooden block building, built in traditional architecture and insulated with sheep wool, is located in the idyllic lakes and Salzkammergut area near the Salzburgring. The bus stop towards Salzburg or Bad Ischl is only a 7-minute walk away. From here you can reach all sights or excursion destinations in about half an hour.

Bergzeit Gosau

Our vacation home with sauna and hot tub is located in beautiful Gosau am Dachstein in Upper Austria. The entire width of the living room is glazed and offers a stunning view of the Gosaukamm. The discreet kitchen in the living room has everything you need for cooking. The spacious bedroom can accommodate 2 adults and 2 children.
