You can reach the city of Salzburg in about 30 minutes. Our vacation home is a place of peace and quiet and is especially aimed at adults and guests seeking tranquility. We ask guests with children to take this into account.

The spacious vacation home (200 m², 3 double rooms, 3 terraces) is surrounded by forest and meadows and is 1.5 km from the center of Gmunden. From all rooms you can enjoy the wide view of the lake and the surrounding mountain panorama. Walks, hikes and cycling tours can be undertaken directly from the house. There is also a free swimming area at the lake with table tennis, volleyball, paddle boats, etc. (12-minute walk, 1-minute drive). We have floor heating and cooling.
