Cosy room with private bathroom and all the comforts in a 500 year old mountain farmhouse. Absolutely quiet location, facing south, above Bad Reichenhall. Large garden with fireplace, arbor, hammock. Piano, drums, guitar in the house. Infrared and Finnish sauna, meditation room,electric mountain bikes for rent. A good coffee machine and coffee and tea cooker and a fridge available for our guests so you can prepare your own breakfast. We do not offer, breakfast Anymore.

Our accommodation is located in the middle of the countryside at about 50 meters in altitude. Only 4.5 km from Lake Attersee and about 7 km from Mondsee you can take great hikes and excursions. The nearest inn is 1km With a cozy atmosphere, you can relax and enjoy nature. Good for families,couples and groups up to 9 people. However, you have to book each room individually with groups.
