Our region invites you to hike, ski and enjoy nature. In a 5-minute walk you can reach the town center, in 10 minutes the public outdoor pool and in 15 minutes the Pfarrwerfen train station. Werfenweng ski resort is 5 km away. You can reach Sportwelt Amadé after 14 km. The city of Salzburg is 50 km away.

Ambience with Biedermeier furniture and view to the Japanese garden....own fully equipped kitchen, with stove and access to fridge, kettle, toaster, coffee machine and the beautiful marble shared shower

Cosy room with private bathroom and all the comforts in a 500 year old mountain farmhouse. Absolutely quiet location, facing south, above Bad Reichenhall. Large garden with fireplace, arbor, hammock. Piano, drums, guitar in the house. Infrared and Finnish sauna, meditation room,electric mountain bikes for rent. A good coffee machine and coffee and tea cooker and a fridge available for our guests so you can prepare your own breakfast. We do not offer, breakfast Anymore.

Our place is right in the middle of the countryside at about 750 meters altitude. Only 4.5 km from Lake Attersee and about 7 km from Mondsee you can take great hikes and excursions. The nearest guest house is just 1 km away. In a cozy atmosphere you can relax and enjoy nature. Good for families, couples and groups up to 9 people. However, you must book each room individually with groups. We are happy to be happy to welcome you! No public transport at the house !

We don't offer breakfast but our dining room has all you need to have your own meal including a coffee machine, kettle, toaster and a fridge.

Das Hotel Garni Ledererwirt liegt mitten im Zentrum von Abtenau und ist das Älteste noch in seiner Ursprünglichkeit erhaltene Gasthaus , besonders markant mit dem Legdach. Ganz früher eine Gerberei wurde es von Generation an Generation weitergegeben und ist bis heute ein Familienbetrieb. Die rund 300 Jahre alte Gaststube ist das Herz des Hauses. Hier wird morgens das Frühstück serviert – in einem Raum, der Geschichte spürbar macht.

My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and families (with kids). The price is valid for 2 people in a double room. Breakfast is not included: €17 per adult per day and €12 per child per day. The local tax of €2.40 must be paid on site. For each additional person in a double room, we charge a fee on site. Single, triple and family rooms are also available in the property.

Waldruhe room. Cozy and quiet 3-bed room with a beautiful forest view for up to 3 people. Equipped with 1 king-size double bed, 1 single bed, sink and desk. Bed linens, towels and a simple breakfast at the shared breakfast bar are included. Toilet and shower are shared. No balcony. Gym, pool and garden are free seasonally. Extras: Parking €5/day, local tax €3/night, sauna €20/hr.

Double room south of Salzburg

The double room with private shower and toilet is located in "Das Au-Gut" in Hallein. It is located on the street side, noise cannot be excluded. There is no daily cleaning. Wi-Fi and a car parking space are available free of charge. The bus stop is in front of the house. With the MobilityCard you can travel by bus & train free of charge in the SalzburgerLand.

Transylvania Villa is a great starting point to visit the region: 7 km to Lake Gosau ,15 km to Hallstatt, an unbelievably spectacular place listed as a UNESCO World Cultural Heritage Site, 27 km to Bad Ischl the famous SPA resort and the Emperor's summer residence, 65 km to Salzburg, one of the most beautiful medieval city and Mozart's birthplace.

Our house is a typical bed & breakfast. We offer you 2 double rooms and 2 single rooms. The price includes an extended breakfast, also vegetarian or vegan if you like. We are experienced hosts and welcome since 1976 guests from all over the world in our house. We still like our job very much. :-)
