For the 2026 state horticultural show, you will stay with us in the middle of the countryside and only 10 minutes away. In the middle of streams, biotopes and meadows with old trees, there is a quietly located and modernly restored mill estate in the Bauhaus style near the city. The light-flooded 90 m² living area borders a large roof terrace, which provides a magnificent view and invites you to relax. Haus Iris is an independent small terraced house on two floors with its own entrance. Downstairs are the bathroom, the kitchen-living room and the living room with access to the covered terrace. Upstairs are the two bedrooms: The large one with a double bed, the small one with two single beds. As is customary in vacation homes, duvet covers and towels are not included in the price, but can be provided for €7.50 per person per week. A Tesla charging station is 5 km away on the highway.

This small vacation apartment for a maximum of two people is located on the first floor in the rear building and can be reached through a separate entrance through a staircase. Of course, you can lock the apartment. Several windows offer views of the courtyard, shrubs and meadow. A small bathroom just for you with a toilet and shower is included. Towels and linens are provided. Ideally suited for cyclists, hikers, short-term vacationers, pilgrims or assemblers.

The vacation rentals offer you very good amenities with a lot of comfort and great extras. You are also welcome to use the apartments for just one night or several days or weeks, for a discovery tour of the area or for a professional stay. With the apartments, we want to offer you a second home where you feel comfortable and would like to come back. You can arrive at any time after 3 PM. If needed, the key code will be available then.

Golden apartment on the estate

Stylish apartment with one bedroom, a fully equipped kitchen and a spacious bathroom from which you can watch the pigs in the open air while showering. On our estate there are many more animals to admire - chickens (also roosters!!!! that is, the alarm clock in the morning "rings" sometimes a little earlier), geese, ducks, horses, quails... There is also a small farm shop and there is always a place for barbecues or a campfire.

Sunny apartment in the old town of Höxter

My place is right in the center of the historic old town of Höxter. Restaurants and pubs as well as all shopping are within walking distance. Corvey Castle, a UNESCO World Heritage Site, is only about 3 km away. Höxter is located on the R1 bike path, only about 500 meters from the apartment. Towards Godelheim after about 1.5 km is the recreational lake with swimming and sports facilities, which is very popular in good weather.

Living in a half timbered house

This 62 m2 large apartment is located on the second floor of our original half timbered house. A shared staircase leads to this apartment which consists of a living area with two armchairs, a sofa, a kitchenette with a table and 4 chairs, two bedrooms and a bathroom. Each bedroom has two single beds (adjacent / next to one another) which can be placed together - after consultation, to form a double bed arrangement.

Bright & spacious, in a historic setting

Weserbergland between Einbeck and Bodenwerder. This bright, spacious apartment was newly furnished in 2019/20 and is located in the Wickensen Town Hall, an ensemble of the Weser Renaissance from 1542. The apartment has a kitchen-living room, a living room and a bedroom with en-suite bathroom. Suitable for 1 to 4 people.

The attic apartment is available for you in our house. It consists of 1.5 rooms plus a private bathroom. Possibility to make coffee, microwave, fridge & TV are in the room as well as a workstation. There are no additional fees. The large garden with barbecue facilities can be used.
