The property is located in a quiet residential area with very good connections: the S-Bahn is within 8 minutes walking distance and leads directly to the main attractions. The city center and harbor can be reached in just 10 minutes by car. Parking spaces are not on the property, but are available free of charge and unlimited in time on the roundabout directly in front of the house. The charming 56m2 house is a former artist studio which offers the perfect combination of urban flair and tranquility. The house impresses above all with its amazing location. Nestled in a quiet green courtyard, you will find numerous cafés, bars, restaurants, boutiques and supermarkets just a short walk away.

If you really want to slow down and relax, then you have come to the right place in our guest house in the countryside. Nestled in the middle of a large, beautifully landscaped garden, you have a small cottage all to yourself. With the best views of the countryside and pure nature all around from every window and right outside the front door. Up to 4 people have plenty of space in the spacious apartment with 2 bedrooms.

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway right on the Elbe Cycle Path. The house is located just outside Hamburg directly on the Elbe. It is perfect for exploring Hamburg or for cycling or walking. Lüneburg and the Lüneburg Heath are also not far away. There is a bus line to Hamburg-Harburg or Winsen Luhe. 5 km from the Hoopte ferry terminal and 5 minutes' walk to the beautiful Seeve nature reserve.

The town center with shops is within walking distance in max. 10 minutes. Studio (approx. 30 m²) with private entrance, double bed (1.40 m), single bed (0.90 m) and private bathroom. The dining area with fridge, kettle, toaster, dishes and cutlery. Please smoke in an extra "smoking lounge." In the neighborhood there is a company that can provide "acoustic impressions" during the week between 7 am and 4:30 pm.

Relax with family or friends at this cozy place to stay. With a grill and fire pit, you can make yourself comfortable outside. In winter, the fireplace provides cozy hours. Or you can explore the area. Beautiful Lüneburg (10 km), Hamburg (40 km) and Lüneburg Heath (15 km) can be reached quickly. Fresh rolls are available at the bakery around the corner. The idyllic forest pool is 10 minutes away.

House in the countryside with good transport connections

Our holiday home at the Powder Creek is located in a very quiet street directly on the forest. It has about 90 sqm. You will find a terrace and a garden at the property. The bus stop with direct connections to Hamburg is only five minutes away. The Heide and the Heidschnuckenweg are also very close by. For your bike, there is a covered parking space that is not visible, right at the front door.
