The location is perfect: it is close to nature and central - borders DIRECTLY on the nature reserve and apart from the ski and toboggan meadow, the Wurmberg cable car (250 m) and the town center are also accessible. Newly built in the fall of 2016, the house has an upscale, friendly-modern interior - with underfloor heating, fireplace, private sauna, Sky and Netflix and a BOSEbox

The surrounding nature invites you to extensive walks, hikes and bike rides.

The 120 m² ground floor can accommodate up to 7 guests and is ideal for families or friends looking for a relaxed environment. There are several small islands such as our reading nook or coffee bar. For the children, there is a small play area and sandbox. The 700 m2 garden offers plenty of space for sunbathing or a cozy evening by the campfire.

Our farm is located in a well-kept approx. 300-person village. The nearest train station is a five-minute drive away with direct connections to Hannover Messe train station (trains every hour). Popular inns with special and hearty cuisine within 2 km

Our vacation home is built around 1800 and completely renovated by us. It combines German charm with Dutch cosiness. From the bedrooms you look out over the town, from the living room you can see the huge garden and the mountains behind it.
