Dear Peter, hiring both the upstairs and downstairs was the perfect solution for our large family to visit Braunschweig and attend a family wedding in Riddagshausen. Spacious, modern and the ideal location to relax. We even had our extended family around for a courtyard bbq the day after the wedding. Everybody was thrilled with the property and facilities. Hopefully, we will be able to do the same again in coming years for large family gatherings. Thank you for providing this stunning property through Airbnb.

The place was fantastic ! Very quite neighbourhood and very short ride to the city centre from the tram station which is just a couple of minutes walk from the apartment. The flat was extremely clean and had everythin go even for longer stays. The smart TV was an excellent addition. Overall great stay !

I felt really comfortable and could enjoy the time in Viktoria's apartment very much. So spacious that there was even room for a yoga mat. The staircase is also so large that I was able to transport my large suitcase without any problems. In the middle of the beautiful eastern ring area. Bakery, supermarket, bus stop all within 3 minutes walking distance. Keybox worked wonderfully and communication was also very quick and always super friendly. I'd love to come back. Thank you!

Michael's apartment is very nice and modern, with a super equipped kitchen and a new bathroom. The location is especially attractive, you are in the city center in 1-2 minutes and the parking in the parking garage is also an advantage! We felt very comfortable with Michael for the second time, he is easily accessible and forwards all necessary information! Glad to come back 😊

A very warm welcome from Alexandra. Great apartment, really love the detail, great selection of books, great sleeping places, nice selection of teas, coffee, etc. for a perfect start to the day. Perfect location for exploring parks and the city. Parking also right outside the door, perfect. Were here with 2 adults and a toddler and recommend it 100%.

Charming old town apartment in the immediate vicinity of the park. Supermarket and bakery are within walking distance. The city center can be reached in 15 minutes on foot. Communication with Jutta was prompt and friendly. If important to someone: not accessible, as there are stairs in the apartment. On the other hand, it also makes the charm of the small living room... We felt very comfortable.

Were at a tournament in Braunschweig, so only for sleeping in the accommodation, but fulfilled all wishes!

The place has everything needed and much more. Beautifully decorated, gorgeous view by the window, around 12 mins cycling from Bad Harzburg train station. Peter was a very friendly and kind host, and the dog was very cute. Thank you for the peaceful stay!

The apartment was really well equipped and there were even small extras (e.g. wine)! The decor was cozy and very chic. Also, it was very clean. All in all great, we will be happy to come back!

Myself and my partner booked for 2 nights. We arrived late and Paula greeted us warmly and gave us clear and precise information and tips to source eateries etc. We decided last minute to stay an extra night and this was no problem to Paula. We used the hot tub and sauna 1 night and then the hot tub on its own another night and it was so relaxing, peaceful and private I would highly recommend staying here and we will be returning again. It was one of the most beautiful parts of Ireland I have stayed in

Super cool apartment, with really good amenities. Plenty of space and a really nice balcony with a hot tub. The best thing about the apartment is clearly the sauna, - with good lighting, really good heat, scents and much more. Can clearly recommend the place if you are a larger group of people who need a really cool place to hang out.

We had a great weekend in a beautiful apartment. Unfortunately, we were only there to sleep, which was almost too bad for such a great apartment.

Markus was a wonderful Host. Very proactive and helpful. Truly loved his cosy place, peaceful and quiet. Amazing relaxing evening hours at the whirlpool. Definitely would be back to visit this Gem.

We were really very happy with the apartment. Communication, greeting and handling were also reliable, fast and friendly at all times. It was clean, the beds were already made and towels were ready. There is really a lot of space, you could move in directly:D A little more accessories in the kitchen wouldn't be so bad, but you can cope :)

We had a super nice weekend. The place was super clean and even nicer than in the photos. Bringing our dog was not an issue. For those who want to use the hot tub, the information is probably still interesting that it must already be turned on in the morning at winter temperatures so that it has the desired temperature in the evening. We felt very comfortable from the first moment. The accommodation is not only beautifully decorated, but also incredibly spacious – perfect for our group. Everyone had enough space to retreat and at the same time there were great areas where we could spend time together. The common room with Kicker & Co. was a real highlight for us. What we loved: Each bedroom had either its own bathroom or one right next to it – that was totally practical and made our stay really relaxing. The kitchen was also well equipped. You can tell how much care is put into the accommodation – everything was very clean, cozy and thoughtful. It was just nice to come “home” in the evening after our excursions. We really enjoyed the time and would come back anytime. A very clear recommendation for those who want to spend a few relaxing days with friends or family
