Cozy apartment on the Mondsee. Distance to the bathing area for optimal relaxation about 5 minutes by foot. (approx. 250 m) The apartment is located on the 1st floor and has a balcony. It has 2 bedrooms each with a double bed, a kitchen-living room and 1 bathroom. Since we are currently renovating (remodeling), the balcony and outdoor area are not yet finished, the balcony can still be used. Barbecues and chairs in the garden are freely usable Large parking is free and right in front of the property.

Unser Apartmenthaus wurde im April 2021 fertiggestellt und wir freuen uns schon sehr, Sie bei uns zu begrüßen. Wir haben das Nebengebäude der Pension Ballwein saniert und die früheren Gästezimmer zu 4 hochwertigen Apartments umgebaut. Alle Apartments befinden sich in der ersten Etage und verfügen jeweils über einen Balkon. Wir bieten kostenloses WLAN & einen Parkplatz pro Apartment. Eine Bushaltestelle ist direkt vorm Haus. Mit dem Bus 21 können Sie direkt in die Altstadt Salzburgs fahren.

the Bräu ORIGINAL is a hotel that is currently not in operation. You stay in a hotel room in a hotel that currently does not offer any service. Directly across the street is the STEINERWIRT hangout & hotel with all hotel amenities. This is where your check-in takes place and there is the possibility for breakfast, lunch, drinks, coffee, dinner. Important: STEINERWIRT is closed on Wednesdays and Sundays! Both houses are located directly on Loferer Marktstrasse.

Upstairs you can find 6 stylish rooms: 4 Deluxe Double room, 1 junior suite and 1 family suite, 4 of them have a balcony. The accomodation is ideal for couples or larger groups of up to 15 people. The Wurznwirt offers maximum comfort for skiers, cyclists and hikers.

From here you can comfortably organize all your excursions around and in Salzburg. You are quickly by bus in Salzburg city, by car on the highway and by bike in nature. Haus Tanne's room is on the ground floor of the house. In front of the room is a small hallway with a coat rack that opens 3 doors. 1 is the door to the toilet, 1 is the door to the bath bowl where you are a shower cabin, a bath and a sink. The last door is to the room itself. It contains a double bed, a large wardrobe and 2 armchairs for reading a book.
