A small, cozy house of 20 square meters with an open floor plan and a spacious, furnished patio deck. In the house there is a double bed 180 cm, a fully-equipped kitchen, toilet with shower, Wi-Fi and TV. Bed linens and towels are included. Laundry room is available to use in another farm building. 2 bicycles are available to borrow. The house is left in the same condition as upon arrival. Final cleaning is included. 150 meters to the sea and beach with service (open approx. week 26-34) 200-300 meters to the recreational area with outdoor gym/Fallebo farm. The accommodation is suitable for 1-2 people

Here you live in an apartment on the 2nd floor of a 3-story building. Municipal parking is available next to the property. Distance to grocery store: 50 meters. To keep the place nice for everyone, we kindly ask you to clean up after yourself before you check out. Cleaning utensils and supplies are available. Cottage of 100 sqm on the peninsula Stångehamn. Located 7 km south of Oskarshamn city center, in a safe summer cottage area. Private jetty in a quiet bay, a stone's throw from the outer archipelago. Several swimming areas nearby. It's 70 meters to the boat and the dock that belongs to the cottage. Ask the host if you are interested in using it during your stay. Rowing boat, canoe and bicycles are included in the rental. Motor for boat can be rented for SEK 100 per day + gasoline. Bed linens and towels can be rented for SEK 100 per guest. Note: no Wi-Fi

Larger swimming area 3 km. A separate bedroom with bunk bed and a sleeping loft with three beds. Large furnished patio with barbecue grill. Possibility to rent a canoe or boat in the nearby area and buy a fishing license for a day or week. Approximately 45 minutes' drive to Vimmerby and Astrid Lindgren's World, approximately 30 minutes to Virum Moose Park.

Cabin of 25 sqm so it is a SMALL CABIN. But with stunning views right by a beach! The cottage is part of a cottage area, so that means the neighboring cottage is close. See pictures. 2020 new beds, wardrobe and sink. 2022 painted room/kitchen area + a new, fresher sofa bed. 1.5 km to the nearest grocery store and pizzeria. It is 500 meters to First Camp, which is a 4-star campsite. In summer, it is possible to shop there in a smaller grocery store. The campsite has nice swimming, playground, mini golf, canoe, bike rental, restaurant.

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. Welcome to our wonderful log cabin, located only 20 meters from a beautiful, small forest lake with its own jetty and boat. The cottage offers a fantastic large raised wooden terrace of 30 m2 with both a lounge seating and a dining area where you can barbecue and eat overlooking the lake. Enjoy the private sauna overlooking the lake, in the house with close connection to the log cabin. Inside the cabin, there is a fireplace where you can light a cozy fire in the evening.

Our house is located in the middle of the forest and yet only 3 km from the small town of Högsby, where you will find all the things you need every day. The house is suitable for 4-5 people and up to two dogs are welcome. Discover Småland from its most beautiful side.

Summerhouse ocean view - Eco Friendly

Fully equipped summerhouse with a fantastic location in the peninsula north of Oskarshamn. It is located on an "island" in the archipelago north-east of Oskarshamn, ~ 20 min by car. The area is called Dragskär. The "island" is connected to the mainland via a small natural pier and short bridge. Road goes all the way to the house. Here starts the marvellous east coast archipelago. From the big 20 sqm sun lounge/patio you have a direct splendid view of a small bay in the Baltic sea.

History: Our farm was built in the early 1900s by Caroline's great-grandfather Erik. Our residential house was built in 1908, the following years the rest of the buildings. In 1925, the small cottage was used as a small farmhand's house, while the upper floor and the part where the kitchen is now was storage and a granary. In the early 1980s, it was converted into a residence, then by Caroline's grandfather Nils. Enjoy a large garden, cozy cottage only 80 meters from the beach.

Warm welcome to our semi-detached house, which is located in the countryside near the coust between Västervik and Oskarshamn. The house is located in a calm idyllic area, with neighbours around, so it fits you who likes calmness. Earlier it was a cat in the house. Around 2 km from the house, it´s a village called Blankaholm. There you can swim in the sea, icecream café, mini golf and more. You also have the possibility to rent a small boat or go with a boat on a seatrip.

The cottage is on the edge of a small cottage village, in a beautiful nature by the sea. Where you can follow the boat traffic on the horizont. You can walk freely in the nature or follow walking trails. Guests enjoy here cause; despite being located in the middle of 10 cottages, there is no view into each other. And it contains the most necessary. With god communication before you arrive, I hope to answer questions. You can leave the car and walk 20 minutes to the boats
