Foraarsvangen - Summerhouse pearl in Saltum's dunes

A few minutes' walk from the roaring North Sea, this 120 m2 uniquely located cottage is hidden so well in the high dunes that you can only glimpse it from the road. From the highest dune of the property, there is a bench overlooking the sea and sunset. Take a cup of coffee or a glass of wine up there. It is only 11 km by car to the seaside town of Blokhus, 15 km to Løkken and even shorter via the area's trails on foot or by bike. Also, a fantastic area if you are into mountain biking or nature hiking.

This exclusive house is built with respect for nature, so it fits perfectly into the unique surroundings. You can even enjoy the view of the North Sea's blue water and effervescent waves, because the beach is just a few hundred meters away. In short, the layout consists of a nice bathroom and a two-person dino bedroom. Two more people can sleep in the bunk bed, located in a secluded niche in the beautiful living area, which also offers a dining area, upholstered benches, and an open kitchen.

The house - which is year-round insulated is located on a large 3000 m2 of undisturbed land with views of large protected natural areas. The cottage is fenced - with a large area, and you can therefore let your dog run free. NOTE: From May to August, the tent is open and there is therefore the possibility of 8 overnight guests. You can relax in the hot tub of the house or soak up the sun on one of the house's terraces or on a blanket in the undisturbed garden. The grounds are fully fenced so you can with peace of mind let animals or children explore. In the large living room you can play on the professional pool table or relax with a movie/series on the 65 "SmartTV. It is 7-8 minutes by car to a small sandy beach at Hesteskoen.
