The house with all the amenities is located on a large and undisturbed horse farm with its own jetty, close to the bus to Stockholm. The house is suitable for four people. One person can then sleep on a comfortable sofa bed in the living room (door to close if there is one). The sleeping area is on the upper floor where a wall separates the double bed from a single bed, so it's like two bedrooms. The double bed can be separated into single beds. Freshly made beds and towels. Two toilets are available with shower, sauna and washing machine. TV room sofa and Apple TV.

Relax with the family in this peaceful space. Experience birds and squirrels. You can eat meals outdoors if you want. There are many seating areas. It is possible to sit outside under a roof if it rains. Plenty of blueberries on the property for picking. From the plot you can do hikes on the Värmdö trail and surrounded by lovely nature. If the weather permits, you can light a Viking bonfire outdoors, or why not treat yourself to a few sessions in a wood-fired sauna? On chilly evenings, you can light the cast-iron stove inside, where you can enjoy the fire.

A charming little house built in 1924, one of Kolvik's first. A peaceful place with forest plot, wildlife, lake views from both windows and terrace. Swimming dock and small beach 300 meters from the house. It takes 10 minutes to walk to the bus that takes you to town in 30 minutes. There are also grocery stores and restaurants. Mölnvik shopping center is 10 minutes away by car/bus. Bicycles can be borrowed to pedal up to the store. You can also take the commuter boat to/from town from Ålstäket, 5 minutes away by car.
