A beautiful one bedroom suite amongst the trees with stunning views down the harbour to Ganges. All rooms overlook the water. There are stairs to the private entrance, and also from the suite to the beach and boat house. Large open plan dining/lounge area, with an American Leather (extremely comfortable) sofa bed and mini kitchen. The bedroom has a Queen bed, two night stands and a dresser. It has a four piece bathroom. The house is newly built, is south facing and has a lot of character.

The waterfront heritage property is framed by lush greenery, featuring a charming main house with unique architecture and a sloped lawn. A gravel driveway leads to the residence, with ample parking space visible. The surrounding trees enhance the tranquil atmosphere.
