Recent changes with the Iocal governance (Islands Trust) necessitates additional accommodation be developed on the same property as a STVR. An owner's cottage is currently being constructed, well removed from the log house.

There are stairs to the private entrance, and also from the deck outside the suite to the dock, beach and boat house. House is newly built and has a lot of character.
