Vacation rentals with a fireplace in Salt River

This home was immaculate and nicely remodeled. The master bed was very comfortable. All utensils, pots, and pans that were needed to cook were already there. All we had to do was buy the food! The grill was available to cook our steaks. Even though there are other condos, we never heard the neighbors. The covered parking is great to prevent the Arizona sun from baking the car, and kept the rain from getting in the car when we were loading up. Craig and the others were great hosts and very responsive to any questions we had.

This home is beautiful with plenty of amenities for your stay. Hosts were nothing but amazing. They had everything we needed and then some. Very quiet neighborhood with easy access. Lots to do around the area with a park not to far away. We enjoyed access to the pool, hot tub and corn hole. We even played some pool and arcade games. Definitely a must stay with comfy beds and couch.

Had everything you might need, very clean and organized. The pool is a big plus on hot days, very refreshing, highly recommend.

We travel to Arizona every spring and this has been our favorite house we have stayed in. The views are incredible, kitchen supplies are plentiful, and the pool/backyard is so relaxing and offers so much entertainment as well. It’s very important to us the bed is comfortable and we were not disappointed. We loved how quiet the neighborhood and area were as well. Overall an amazing place to stay.

My husband and I really enjoyed our stay here! It was a brief visit to the area, but it was great to have a lovely, clean, quiet place to stay. Everything looked so new! We loved sitting outside on the porch at night, watching the stars. Each morning, I enjoyed seeing the neighbor's donkeys and goats eating their breakfast while I had my coffee. So much attention went in to making this place feel homey and welcoming. We'd definitely stay again :)

Ryne was very nice and a great host. He had everything we needed and was quick with communication. The place was clean and the location was great. My family and I were extremely happy with our stay. Definitely be choosing this place if available when we need another family vacay.

This place was amazing and had every single thing you could imagine! There was even food stocked and water/sodas in the fridge to get you started. The beds were super comfortable and the home was immaculate. I honestly can’t say one negative thing! We would absolutely stay here again! Matthew was Amazing to communicate with!

Third time here, third unit, ALL AMAZING! I’ve been staying in these units since 2019 every time I come to a Phoenix. They are the best! Conveniently located, immaculate, and awesomely designed/decorated. Every time I come I make sure to get one of Derek’s units. Cannot recommend enough!!!

Our stay at Callista’s place was wonderful from start to finish. The home was clean, peaceful, and just what we needed to relax. But what really stood out was Callista’s kindness and integrity. I accidentally left my wallet behind after checkout, and she went above and beyond to make sure it was safely returned to me. That level of honesty and care is rare, and it meant so much to me. I highly recommend her place not just for the comfort, but for the quality of character behind it. Thank you again, Callista!

I booked this location needing it less than 24 hours. Adena was extremely easy to work with and accommodated my early check-in along with my exit being a day earlier than planned. Water was in the fridge and coffee was available for me when I arrived along with a very welcoming environment.

beautiful condo! beds were very comfortable and everything was wonderful! note: it's on the second floor, so handicapped beware. other than that it was perfect!

Angie’s place was just as pictured. Extra amenities greatly appreciated- washer/dryer/supplies for laundry & cooking. Towels/sunscreen for pool areas. Easy in/out of condo. Bed & pillows were very comfortable- slept very well! Didn’t use the 2nd bedroom/office but looked to have great amenities for remote working including printer/other office supplies. Patio area off dining area was good for listening to the birds, relaxing. Angie quickly replied to questions we had before & after arrival - within minutes.

We felt that the location was ideal for us as we attended the ASU graduation and were able to explore the area with family. Being able to hop onto Scottsdale road (without hearing any street noise at night) was super convenient to go either way to Tempe, the interstate to see other areas (Phoenix, Mesa, camelback), and of course north to old and new Scottsdale. Close to very good restaurants and any store you may need. The house is what you see on the site. The casita is a small house with space and is extremely well kept and ideal for a larger group. The main house was spacious and well laid out. Everyone was happy with their rooms. Ryan had everything stocked from towels, bathroom necessities, plates, glasses, etc. The pool table came in handy for some friendly games. The covered carport is a great benefit in AZ. Another benefit is the checkout, Ryan kept it simple. Very happy with our stay and would recommend.

Great property with fantastic amenities. Jolene was very responsive and addressed all our questions and needs thought the stay. The property is in a beautiful neighborhood with expansive and peaceful surroundings. I highly recommend this home away from home.

We were so impressed by this beautiful villa. It was huge, clean, well stoked for cooking, very comfortable and safe. The clubhouse served delicious breakfasts, dinners and drinks, and it was an easy drive to Phoenix, Scottsdale and hiking in nearby nature reserves. Highly recommend this place to anyone considering it!

This home is in a peaceful area and has a magnificent view of the mountain. We loved playing in and relaxing by the pool during the day and sitting outside watching the mountain change colors as the sun went down. The host left snacks and wine and stuff for breakfast! So thoughtful! We loved staying here and would definitely stay again. Thank you!

We had an incredible stay here for my bachelorette weekend. There weren’t enough blankets for the couch girls however the host dropped off 4 brand new blankets which was so kind. The only thing that would have been nice would have been some extra paper towel and dish towels. Overall our stay was incredible and we would 100% go back. Great location, great weather and great memories made. <3 Thank you!!!!

Beautiful clean house with amazing pool and great Mountain View’s from the backyard! Neighborhood was very quiet. The garage was very convenient for storing our motorcycles.

House was a great place in a great area. Everything we needed was close by and the host was amazing and responsive. I will definitely book again
