My husband and I loved Fountain Hill. Walkable to everything, and lots of things to do. Enjoy this condo as it was in a convenient location, very well decorated, and absolutely everything you need for a 3 month stay. Francisca was the perfect host, as she responded quickly to all our request. Would recommend this place to anyone looking for, as they say, A SNOWBIRD WINTER VACATION. Thanks Francisca

Absolutely stunning stay! The panoramic ocean views from this high-floor corner unit were breathtaking—sunrises over the water were a daily highlight. The apartment was spotless, modern, and well-equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The building amenities, including the pool and gym, were top-notch. The location was perfect—right on the beach and within walking distance to great restaurants and shops. The host was responsive and made check-in a breeze. Highly recommend this gem for anyone looking to enjoy Miami Beach in style!

Our stay at Austin and Hannah's was wonderful! They were super responsive from our very first communication through our check-out. It was easy to find the unit and the keypad allowed us easy entry. The place was perfectly located for us; near trails, on the edge of the desert and not far from whatever else we needed. Their space was clean, tidy and equipped with everything we required. We greatly enjoyed the warm pool and hot tub and were consistently awed by the wonderful views from the pool area. The Little Fountain Resort felt safe and quiet, and everyone we met was friendly. We had an excellent experience and will hope to return!

Both my wife and I thought the place was wonderful, beds were comfortable, kitchen was well equipped, thermostat was easy to use. We loved the fact that condo had lots of windows and two places to sit outside. Parking was very convenient right outside the door. Very walkable with walking trails and park with pond nearby. Scottsdale old town is 5 minutes drive and about 50 minutes walk. Overall great experience.

Second time staying in this home and it was excellent again! Host is excellent and responsive. Location is ideal. We will be back!

Nicely updated apartment that was clean and in a great, smelled great, and in a central location to everything. Amy was really responsive and accommodating. I appreciated the guide book of recommendations and the balcony with the mountain view. Since it’s on a busy intersection, there was some road noise outside and the AC inside was loud, but not too bothersome to me, but just something to be aware of if you’re sensitive to noise. There was also a 5G tower close to the apartment, just another fyi for those that may be sensitive to its effects. The apartment faces the inner courtyard, so when you park you will have to walk around building C. Overall a great stay and perfect for my trip! Thank you Amy!

The neighborhood was quiet and felt safe to walk around. I would absolutely stay again and recommend it to others seeking a secure and comfortable place.

The stay at Troy’s place was perfect for what we needed. Troy responded promptly to any questions. He was receptive to a few items that needed attention and flexible with check in and check out. The property itself was clean, comfortable and a close drive to food and shop options. Would definitely stay here again!

We had a wonderful stay at Brindy’s Airbnb. The home was cozy, clean, with a cute patio that our fur baby loved! After a long drive in to the city, we were nicely surprised with just how comfortable the bed was! The home was nicely decorated as well and the location was so perfect: close to shops and restaurants, yet still private. We would definitely love to stay at Brindy’s Airbnb again in the future :)

It was nice staying at Barbara's house. When we 1st got there, it was a little hard finding the building. GPS kept sending me to the building behind the condo! LOL! Once I found the building, it was easy to get into the condo. beds were comfortable. Great shower. It was good to have a parking space and not worry about where to park. It was very quiet so got good sleep. Barbara checked in with us and kept us informed! Overall, I would definitely recommend Barbara's place.

This was our 2nd time staying at Caleb’s place for a show. It is such a cozy, enjoyable home. It’s very well stocked, clean & stylish. There’s always easy street parking & Caleb is responsive. Next time we’re in Phoenix, we’ll definitely stay again. Highly recommend!

I loved it. people are dog and very dog friendly. Everyone was friendly. I didn't hear any sirens and good thing I am hard of hearing. Great places to be in walking distance. places to hike were easily assessable. I like to keep renting that place.

This was our first Airbandb experience and Nicole did not disappoint. Nicole was a fabulous host, she left great instructions on how to get to the Condo and checked in on us to see if we needed anything. The Condo was very clean and tidy. Had all things we needed as far as appliances go, lots of sleeping room with very comfortable beds along with balcony furniture to enjoy the beautiful view. The view was magnificent words and pictures do not even come close to describing how beautiful it was in person. You get to be out of the busy city life but with all your needs 5 minutes away with stores, restaurants and attractions. The pool and hot tub was very clean with plenty of lounge chairs to relax in. I give Nicole’s place a 20 out of 10 stars. I will definitely be looking Nicole up on our next vacation to Arizona. Thank you Nicole.

The stay was great. We travelled around to a lot of the neighboring cities, and the home felt conveniently located. In addition, the parking pad felt like a huge plus to come back home to. Places looks just like the photos and is wonderfully decorated. Would stay again if I am in the area.

We stayed a week in this condo located in a quiet section of Fountain Hills with spectacular views. The condo itself was spotless with plenty of amenities in the kitchen and bathrooms. Coming from the East Cost, the southwest themed artwork was quite attractive. The hosts are very responsive too and we look forward to coming back again.

Everything about the home was absolutely perfect. Toby’s communication was fabulous. Her attention to detail as regards to a clean, warm and comfortable home was so much appreciated. The information she has for guests in the home was outstanding. The beds and furniture were all comfortable and in excellent condition. The home is the absolutely the most organized and well stocked we’ve ever stayed at. And all this comes with allowing you to relax while there. To feel comfortable being there. We would most certainly stay there again and highly, highly recommend Toby’s place. What a wonderful stay we had. We can’t say enough good things.

I came here for a procedure at New Directions Fertility Center (NDFC) and am so glad I booked Tim's place! it's conveniently located across the street from a supermarket, close to a bus stop that'll take you to NDFC, and walking distance to old town Scottsdale. The place itself is very relaxing and has everything you need. Nicole, the co-host, was very communicative and a pleasure to work with. Highly recommend this place! 😃
