This is a one bedroom apartment built on the side of a large rambler house on a corner lot. The apartment faces north and our house faces west. It has a private entrance, and a private driveway. Everything you could possibly need for a great stay. It was built from the ground up 11 years ago. We have a new puppy who is a very naughty little Jack Russell Terrier and has not yet learned not to bark at the doorbell or strange noises. If that will bother you a lot, this might not be a good fit.

We are 1 mile from Trax train station in DayBreak, and 16-20 miles to 4 different ski resorts. We are 10 miles to South Town Expo center. You’ll love my place because of the people, and the neighborhood. My place is great for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and families (with kids). This space has nice full kitchen, large family room with foosball table and TV.

Perfect Skiers crash pad. With smart TV and full Kitchen. Brighton, Alta, and Snowbird are accessible by bus on a 40 min ride. Five-minute walk from a plethora of restaurants and Fashion Place Mall. 25 minutes from Park City resorts and nightlife. The reviews speak for it self , you’ll love the place because of the coziness and the location. This is a loft, some ceiling areas are slanted as you can see in the pictures. Our place is in the heart of SugarHouse, within walking distance of fabulous restaurants, bus and light rail connections to the airport, city center and skiing. You'll be staying in the building with the Bikram Yoga and Inferno Hot Pilates studio and one yoga class is included in your rental. Pilates classes begin at 6am so you will hear people above you. You are entitled to a pass to Inferno Hot Pilates classes during your stay.
