Arguably the best location in SLC if you want a great view and easy access to Big & Little Cottonwood. It's also convenient to everything else in SLC and even Park City - easy on/off the I-215 Belt Route. Every room in the place has a great view of the city & amazing sunset. The large covered porch was exceptionally nice to enjoy after a day of skiing or work. The neighborhood is one of the nicest & safest in SLC and an excellent area to walk/hike/bike. You feel very disconnected from the activity in the city below. The kitchen was fully stocked and we cooked often , as well as using the almost new gas grill on the porch. If you like dogs, you'll love their 2 rescue dogs that treated us like family the entire time. This added to the comfortable feel and safety aspect of the place. Jennifer & Bill were great hosts and I enjoyed having them around. I will stay here again if the opportunity presents itself.

Cozy, well-designed and peaceful cottage with amenities at the back of a lovely yard. Walking distance to a cluster of great food options and a fantastic bookstore. Quiet neighborhood with well-tended gardens.

Just as described and pictured. Convenient location to our family that lives in Cottonwood Heights. Clean, quiet, and working heat and air conditioning which was needed due to change in temperatures while we were there. Would stay there again if it works out.

I really enjoyed staying here! The location is unbeatable, it’s a 2 or 3 minute walk from downtown Holladay which was super convenient. The fenced in yard was very nice for my dog as well. It was nice!

Bed is extremely comfortable, hot tube glows at night, fire place has wood, several extra blankets and pillows. Felt like it was better than living at home. Location is awesome. Gorgeous views if you choose to go for a walk. 15 min from salt lake. Awesome experience.

We stayed at Nephi's place in North Salt Lake. Since we were there for medical procedure at the University of Utah this location was perfect. the drive to the university was only 20 minutes. the neighborhood is safe and friendly. The view from the deck is awesome! We found this home to be clean, sanitized and ready for arrival. Being able to park in a garage nightly added to the security as family members came and went both day and night. The master bedroom, bathroom and closet are huge. Our host, Nephi, communicated regularly to ensure that we were comfortable and that the unit was not having any problems. The front room and family room adjoin, providing plenty of room as family came for visits. The kitchen was large with a gas range, ample counter space and plenty of cabinets to place pantry items. The stackable washer and dryer are easy to use and did a good job for us. Nights were quiet. This home has three bedrooms and two baths. it is perfect weather used daily/ weekly or mthly.

Very zen space with amazing host. After our Utah desert adventures this was the perfect spot to reset and get to the airport. We had some itinerary changes and requests that jourdan was very accomodating to. This space was connected to the host but was set up to be very secluded. This was beneficial for one of our requests (needed a scale to weigh out our luggage to bring home cool rocks) The bed was so comfortable, much needed after camping and we were happy to have the ability to do some laundry before packing. Highly recommend staying here.

Yevgeniya's place was perfect! Very Homie feel to it, very comfy. Yevgeniya responded5to every message I sent and had an answer for every question I had. She was even so kind as to place a bucket outside the residence for my cigarette butts for me before I even had the chance to do it myself and messaged me to let me know she had done so. All in all, excellent experience...

Melanie’s place was a perfect retreat. The kitchen and bathroom amenities were plenty and above many other places we have stayed. We attended a concert at a nearby amphitheater our first night. Enjoyed local restaurants, shopping and a couples massage our last day. Great location!

The place is so cute and comfy. Christie is very responsive, flexible and helpful. Our stay was wonderful. I totally recommend it.

We stayed for a weekend away in SLC and the blue barn was a great fit! The location was quiet and comfortable and we were close to everything we needed. If you have a car, note that the street has 2 hour parking during the day.

Quick to respond to questions and ready to resolve all issues. Great to work with! And the place was fun. The kids loved the loft and the ladder to get to it. Definitely a win.

Tyler and Vanessa were Awesome! They were proactive with everything and they're great communicators. Anything that I needed or had questions about, even before my trip started, they responded almost immediately. Their home is Beautiful and well worth it! Me and my kids are so grateful that they shared their home with us! We would definitely stay with them again! 😊

The place was great nice and clean but its the basement to the house with no access in between the entrance is on the back side of the home and you can hear the people upstairs and also has some rules as no people over and not to be loud after 10pm to 7am and a few other lil rules its a family friendly home just to the party thats staying. If you have small or multiple kids not recommend.

Our stay at Lori’s house was fantastic. She is a great host and is very responsive. This place is prefect for families looking for a comfortable place to stay with their kids. There are plenty of sleeping spots for everyone and a full kitchen if you don’t want to spend the money to eat out. This house is close to the freeway but still far enough away that you don’t get the “city noise”. Highly recommend this place, not only for the convenience, but the price is amazing for the location! PS… The water pressure in the shower is absolutely fabulous.

Very helpful hosts very friendly and did not even notice they were right upstairs. Everything was very tidy and they exceeded expections I had about the cleanliness of linens!! Very welcoming and comfortable! Thanks so much! Would I stay again ? absolutely!!!!! Highly recommended!

Savannah’s guesthouse is beautifully and thoughtfully designed and furnished. The space was constructed with high-end finishes and an obvious attention to every detail. Everything is new and spotless. It is spacious and has a fully-equipped kitchen, an elegantly decorated bathroom, and a comfortable bed. I stayed for only one night while passing through, so I was not able to explore the area, but the neighborhood seemed very nice. Savannah is a very attentive and gracious host. I would happily stay at the guesthouse again.

Beautiful, newly remodeled space. Great place to stay if you are going to a show at the amphitheater. The one thing that we needed was a thermostat. If there is one we couldn't find it. Upon arrival the temperature felt great! Nice and cool on a 98 degree day. However, when we returned from the show the AC was still running and it was very chilly inside. Everyone had to use extra blankets. Keep in mind this is coming from someone that likes to be cold. Anyway, regardless of that it was excellent. I would book this Airbnb again. As I said it is a beautiful & accommodating space.
