Villa Amena is the ideal home for those who love large and quiet spaces close to the city. The beautiful terrace and the surrounding garden allow for moments of relaxation even in the open air. The interiors are welcoming and well-finished. The villa is equipped with air conditioning, heat pumps, free Wi-Fi, TV, CD player, and mosquito nets. As you may have noticed, there is no washing machine in the available services, but a short distance from us there is a self-service laundry that is always open and cheap.

In front of the property there is a bus stop to reach the city or the valleys of Piacenza. The villa, with a separate entrance, is completely fenced and has a terrace and balcony, a garden on three sides and a double garage that houses three cars. Ideal for long stays and/or large groups.

the house dates back to 1871 is made of stone and has very thick internal walls that allow you to always stay cool throughout the summer. the kitchen opens directly to the outdoor courtyard where we have a large table with a brick barbecue nearby. The garden is located in the front of the house there is also a gazebo with sofas. The swimming pool is fenced and is for the exclusive use of the guests of the house. The villa is nestled in the Lombard countryside and is completely finished in wood. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, families (with kids), big groups, and nature and horse lovers. Possibility of tennis courts, hot air balloon flights and drone piloting school nearby.

124 acres of fields and woods surround this restored barn built in 1730, part of a tiny private village dating back to the 13th Century. Wonderful view of the hills and countryside, wide country garden. Swimming pool. The place has been published on many lifestyle magazines. To get to the property you need to drive through about 600 meters dirt road (unpaved). For safety reasons, children less than 12 years old are not admitted.

The house is an independent villa of about 180 sq mt. with a garden set in the hills of Santa Giulia, only 5 km from Lavagna. It has a living/dining room, a kitchen, three bedrooms and two bathrooms. The garden welcomes pets, the house preferably not.The house has been recently renovated, has a hybrid heating system and electric panels on the roof and we have a charging station for electric cars available to customers (Wallbox)
