Guesthouse vacation rentals in Salmon River

We had a great stay in Rain's guest house. The kitchen was well stocked and the paper plates and plastic flatware were perfect for our daily picnic lunches. We so enjoyed sitting on the deck in the mornings with coffee admiring The Sawtooths. We will be back.

Cozy and cute cabin space with a very warm welcome. A great location to adventure off for hot springs or to relax inside. Fully stocked with firewood, boardgames, hiking trail maps, and generous breakfast/ snack offerings.

This was our second time staying at Bridge St. Cabins- great location, cozy and comfortable. Easy check in. Kitchenette and seating area were great! Brett made sure the 8" of snow were removed swiftly in the morning and is a great host.

Had a great stay, everything went perfectly and Brett was very flexible with my shifting situation.

Great accommodations. Clean and spacious. Very comfortable for two of us. Entry was a little funky but once we figured it out, no problems. Garage space for our bikes. We arrived when outside temp was in the 80's. Heidi offered a portable AC unit, which they quickly installed. Made a big difference and was much appreciated. Friendly neighbors. We'll stay again when we visit Sun Valley.

They were very kind, communicative, and welcoming! We loved visiting with the goats and chickens outside.

The place was very cozy. We had a hard time finding it because we arrived late, and we got confused, but the directions were clear. We had a big trailer with a raft, parking was good. We had a good night sleep. Neighbors were very respectful and quiet.

The place is amazing in its simplicity but covers well all the things needed, good heating, nice bed, good little shower, frig micro, etc. Brett was very cordial and we enjoyed a nice conversation with him. He was very helpful and available if we had needs.

I recommend it. It’s a ways away from most anything (10 mins down gravel roads) but certainly the surroundings were beautiful. Grandma enjoyed gazing at stars! The patio/pool area was especially nice and they had a fire in the fire pit waiting for us! (They knew we were coming and that we wanted to toast marshmallows). I really appreciated their thoughtfulness in that regard. The guesthouse is nothing fancy and hasn’t been remodeled for a while (especially the very small kitchen). I really think that they ought to add more photos so renters know better what they are getting. I can see more “high maintenance” people being upset about their lack of knowledge about the properties lack of home updates, but for the price, I thought it was a good deal. On the whole, the guest house was cute and VERY clean, the game room was entertaining, the pool/patio/land was beautiful, and the hosts were wonderful.

All in all, we were very happy with the stay. If anything came up, the host was easy to communicate with. Everything was clean and ready for us when we came in. The location is ideal, especially if you are looking for a relaxing spot.

We’ll be back! This was just the break we needed. Serene, comfortable. My husband insists we come back soon. I never imagined “off the grid” could be so accommodating and attractive. Just recalling it relaxes me!! For excitement, the river is pretty dramatic. Brave floaters take off just down the way. Thanks to Hannah for giving us a great getaway. We’ll be back….soon. Tomorrow ok?

The Studio is such a cute spot! It was super clean and comfy, and they had everything we needed—from kitchen stuff to toiletries. We had a great time and will be back!

Nice quiet location. Enjoyed the water feature at night with the window open. Great friendly host. Lots of extra soecial touches. Bed was very comfy.

Adorable cottage with everything you need. It was cozy with an amazing shower, comfy beds, and little extra touches all around. Even the grounds were beautiful and my 9 year old said it reminded her of the Secret Garden. The cottage was conveniently located for our state track meet and Jake and Melissa were very warm, helpful, and friendly.

My wife and I stayed the weekend at this beautiful getaway as we visited Goldbug Hotspring. Skip was so kind and a wonderful host! Thanks for having us; we will definitely be back!

OMG! David and his two doggies, Tucker and Henry, were amazing hosts! The place was AMAZING, very clean, organized, and felt right at home. David's property was soooo dang beautiful! David is very friendly and super responsive! When we met in person, it felt as if I'd known him for years! He was also willing to help me surprise my husband with anniversary decorations in the airbnb! Best Airbnb I've stayed at! Thanks, David!

It always feels like "coming home" when we stay there. The cottage is quaint, well appointed, peaceful, quiet & we always feel very welcome & comfortable! Chris does a wonderful job!

Fernanda and RJ are super friendly. They gave us good recommendations for places to go. They are super flexible with our check-out time. We feel like at home. The house is very close to the ski resort, shopping places and restaurants. It's very quiet too. We will definitely stay at their place again in our next visit.

This place is enchanting. Welcoming and beautiful. I look forward to staying here again.

Hostess was wonderful. Provided the experience that we wanted. Took us on a tour of the animals right a way and when we asked she explained how to handle the animals so they would not be afraid of interacting with us. She was so pleasant to visit with treated us as treasured guests. The house was clean and bed comfy. We will definitely visit again and I know we will be welcomed like treasured friends as that is how it felt from the beginning.

Ken was a welcoming, cheerful, and generous host. He was eager to give recommendations and set us up with whatever we needed, including shoe/boot dryers and pickleball paddles/balls. The place is small, but it was good for using as a home base for other adventures. Great location!
