Hospital is 10 minute away for work or visiting trips. ISU is just down the road. Ross Park Zoo, Parks, and Swimming Complex are a walk away. Close to many locally owned Restaurants. Hiking, biking, and fishing are all minutes away such as City Creek and Edson Fichter. Easy drive to the freeway to get to Pebble Creek for skiing or Lava Hot Springs for other water fun.
