Down a little no through lane this self contained annexe to our house is on the Monarch's Way in a quiet, rural position just 3 miles from the cathedral city of Salisbury. The River Bourne runs close by. The ground floor annexe has a modern but peaceful bedroom with en-suite shower, separate kitchen/living area with double doors on to the patio & a sitting room with sofa bed. Parking for one or two cars. Convenient for anyone working at Porton Down & is 10 minutes from Salisbury by car.

Located in Salisbury, a pretty, private guest house in lovely garden setting. Own entrance at the side of the house. Enjoy a six minute walk into town, shabby chic interior, quiet area with tea, coffee and biscuits. **Please note that check-in is from 5:30pm Monday to Friday not 5:00pm as stated. **Please know that we are a NON-SMOKING space, no smoking inside the studio or out in the garden. Please be aware that there is NO parking at the Studio, but there are parking options nearby.

2 private parking spaces and walk to city

A beautiful self contained end of terraced private house approx a 10-15 minute walk into Salisbury city centre, the cathedral and a very short walk from the train station. A 5 minute walk to the local supermarket Waitrose and other stores. Round the corner you can access the meadows which is a pleasant place for walking, from here you can walk all the way up to old Sarum. Stonehenge is approx a 15 min drive. There is parking at the rear of the property for 2 cars back to back.

Cosy self-contained Garden Annexe

Newly redecorated for 2025! From free off street parking at the front of our house the Annexe is accessed by a gate and passageway, discreetly nestled in our pretty garden. It is a perfect getaway for up to 4 guests. It has an open plan lounge with well equipped kitchen area, double bedroom plus a shower room/toilet. Salisbury City Centre is a 30 min walk or quick drive and has regular buses. Great Base for Stonehenge, Salisbury Cathedral, Old Sarum, Longleat and the New Forest.
