It's a 2-minute walk to the Arkansas River, where you’ll find miles of hiking and mountain biking trails. You'll also be just a block from the South Main Square and a short stroll from the shops and restaurants of downtown BV. While staying here you can toss in your fishing line, launch your raft, kayak, SUP, or duckie, gather at the fire pit next to the river, or simply lounge in the hot tub (seats 4-6) or dry sauna (seats 2).

Only 15-20 minutes to downtown Salida and 30 minutes to Monarch Mountain Ski Area. We have a fire pit and propane grill outside the entryway. We offer discounts for weekly/longer stays.

We designed the Glass Greenhouse with massive windows, a private wraparound deck with a hanging bed, and views of the national forest at the back of the property.
