The room is exactly as shown in the photos, everything is clean and cozy, it is really very close to everything, restaurants, bakeries, the beach of maresias… it is a great place to stay :)

The studio is super cozy and clean! It's a short walk from downtown and the beach, and it's a very quiet street to walk on. Even if the parking spots on the street are open, there are several cameras, which is reassuring in terms of safety. Everything in the studio was impeccably clean and fully matches the listing! Tamie was super nice and helped us with what we needed, always responding quickly!! We loved it!

We were very well received by Elaine, who showed us a lot of affection and kindness. The apartment is impeccable, we don't have an “A” to complain about. Extremely clean, organized and very neat. Kitchen equipped with the best utensils and great towels, as well as bedding. Quiet location and easy to access. For sure we would stay again.

Good stay near the beach, great place to spend days in peace and quiet.

The location is great, it offers tips on places to visit and everything! The apartment is also very comfortable, a single suggestion would be to have a door there at the entrance where the hydro bath is, both for privacy (because it is open to the garage, when due to the mosquito there is a lot!) but it is normal because it is a coastal city, in the whole city there is! If the environment had a door it would be easier to control this. Apart from this tip everything perfect, we will return

The space is exactly as described and in the photos, the neighborhood is super quiet and there are plenty of things to do in the surroundings. We very much like the stay and we intend to go back. The host was very kind and proactive.

The house is simply perfect, it is beautiful, super comfortable, well maintained and full of details that show the whim that the house has. We arrived and the house was impeccable, very clean and organized, it perfectly suited me and my family, with en-suites equipped with air-conditioning, TV, fan, pillows, toilet paper, mat, all with a workbench and cozy decor. The kitchen is beautiful, with a huge and super functional island, a delight to spend family moments cooking and talking, it has all the utensils, dishes and cups, nothing was missing. Ahhh and the sound was certainly a separate differential, with separate height adjustment for each environment, awesome!! The heated pool is not even mentioned, we went in the fall and we were able to enjoy it a lot because it was heated, even at night. If it weren't heated, we probably wouldn't even use it because of the cold. Besides the house being PERFECT, Chris and Edu were super attentive and kind to us We'll definitely get back, I loved it!

Lilian, very attentive and helpful. Since the reservation, she has helped with everything we need. The house is wonderful, very cozy. It has everything we need and a little more... It was a very special weekend with my daughters and friends. They loved it so much that they didn't want to go back. Lilian has a very good team!!! She recommended Daiani, who did my daughter's party. We were extremely happy with everything.

Stunning stay, the accommodations are exactly like the photos, all very clean, organized and functional. Gabriela is an odd person, accessible at all times and supported us in everything, always explaining everything in the smallest detail. The condominium is quiet, security 24h, has a mini convenience and has polite and helpful staff. The beach is a few steps away from the condominium and has beach service (chair and sunguard). The space beyond very beautiful, is extremely safe and pleasant. The house has air-conditioning in every room, plus screens in every window. The condominium is very well located and safe, the beach service is a differential and the Francisco employee helped us a lot with absolutely everything. It is noteworthy that the house is fully equipped, has a stove, oven, barbecue and everything that is needed for cooking. Without any doubt I will return soon, it is worth the rental, I recommend without any reservations.

Our family experience was sensational! Rodrigo is excellent, proactive, it made the schedules more flexible! The Beach is sensational, the fact that it is exclusive to the condominium offers us more security, privacy, it is clean and very familiar! The condominium is amazing, it has everything you need, it was the best beach experience of the Litoral Paulista we had!

Enjoyed our second stay here - this is one of our favorite apartments on the beach.
