“Simply perfect! The place is a haven for those seeking tranquility and contact with nature. Having a river running through the property was a real privilege – being able to fish right there, with all the peace and quiet in the world, was a unique experience, the children and Nina (dog) loved it!!!! And to top it off, the whirlpool brought that touch of comfort and relaxation after a day outdoors. The accommodation is super cozy and well cared for with all the necessary utensils for a great stay. We'll be back!!!!

The stay and experience were excellent from start to finish. In addition to all the natural beauty of the place (sleeping and being with the sound of the waterfall next door was simply wonderful!), the concept of the house, the amenities and the comfort deserve to be highlighted. I would like to highlight a few points: attention to detail in all aspects, clear and efficient communication, including instructions for accessing and using the house with videos, and a well-equipped kitchen, with enough utensils to prepare great meals. Anyway, I highly recommend the stay and I certainly intend to return soon!

The stay at Mr. José Urbano's residence was wonderful, starting with the attention they gave us via cell phone, informing us of everything in the house. When we arrived, he was already waiting for us to show us the house and, always in a great mood, he left us charcoal and firewood. The house is super complete and cozy, we really enjoyed the facilities, such as the trail, the dam and the fishing. At the end of the stay, he made us feel at ease, so we were in no hurry to leave.

I and my family loved the stay. The house has all the kitchen and household utensils. It was clean and organized, 100% matching the photos. And Donizete is a 10 — he always responds quickly. I recommend this place: 10 out of 10!

The stay was excellent. The home corresponds to the listing and the host is extremely quick in replies and very proactive. We went as a family and highly recommend it. We had some small problems that were quickly resolved and did not hinder our stay. Jureia beach is 600m in a straight, well-paved and calm line and is a tumbo beach, very quiet, without much muvuca. The beach of Engenho is very flat and is about 1.5 km from the house and is also very quiet. I would come back again.

Apartamento Novinho very well equipped!! Mr.Carlos was very polite and helpful!! We will definitely return!! Apartment is not suitable for those who have problems with accessibility is on the top floor and with plenty of stairs!! But it's very well complete equipment decorator!

Amazing stay, and host as amazing as it is! Village gave us several tips and welcomed us very well. The loft is gorgeous, with a wonderful deck and a perfect view of the nearby creek. Sleeping with that sound was an incredible peace! We'll definitely be back.

What a perfect place! I felt very safe and comfortable in this accommodation. The view of the forest, the rustic and cozy location, and the proximity to the beach won my heart. The house had everything we needed and was very close to a bakery, pharmacy, market and restaurants. The beach is very close too, we felt at home. From Check-in to Check-out it was amazing! Easy to find address, close to everything we don't need to take the car to do anything! Nice pool, quiet leisure space, the house corresponds exactly to the description, leaves nothing to be desired, everything is impeccable! Excellent internet, there are a lot of mosquitoes because it is very close to the woods and has vegetation behind the house, but we easily solved this with an insecticide plug ! I recommend it !!

We rented Chácara das Flores in a group of friends. We had a really nice fds. The farm is more beautiful than it looks, but photos. Faby is very friendly and responds to all messages very quickly. The children had a lot of fun fishing in the river and also in a very cute space (Kids area) in the house. We all had a great time and had incredible moments in this place. We'll be back for sure.

The place is great! Beautiful and well equiped. In the advertisement talks about animals that no longer have on the property and the horseback ride is paid and short. It was really nice, my family and I enjoyed it a lot. For the description, we think we would have some times to ride horses and interact with the animals, but it was different. We arrived after a lot of rain, so we were only able to use the pool in the last day because of the cleaning, but it was worth it. Val's service and attention is excellent, and the atmosphere is wonderfully beautiful, calm and serene! We return in peace.

The stay was excellent! The place is very beautiful, surrounded by nature, quiet, the house is very well equipped in terms of household items, both for the kitchen and outdoor area for barbecue! The pool is great, the rooms are simple but comfortable, the bathrooms are excellent, looking like they have been recently renovated. Great treatment and communication with the owner Daniela. The place is amazing. Each room was very well thought out to provide all the amenities the guest needs. Guto was an excellent, attentive and flexible host. He made us feel well cared for and made the stay even more special.

Extremely quiet, beautiful and private location, always clean pool. 100% fenced for pets and the pool is also fenced. All clear and exactly like in the pictures. The kind caretakers and Roberto too. Super quick responses to help during the entire stay. I highly recommend it for those who go with pets.

I spent amazing days, together with family and friends, the place is super nice, very welcoming and cozy. Mr. Henrique was super cordial, he has wonderful caretakers, we had more contact with Mrs. Eliane who was wonderful always very attentive. As for the space, it is the same as described, if not better, the surroundings are very beautiful, being able to make a bonfire was amazing for adults and children. I'll be back as soon as I can.

We stayed last week, we stayed two days, but we could have stayed longer, as we still had things to do and see. Marta was super attentive, we arrived at the house at night, and what gave us a nice feeling was arriving and the house was lit, the rooms with the light from the lamp... table set with a delicious cake, super cozy. That house that said, "We've been waiting for you!" Marta showed us where to eat, and everything we needed during the stay. I expressed concern about the unprotected fishing lake because of my child, and she was ready to respond. I recommend it a lot!!! Mr. Zé too, very attentive and ready to assist us... without words.
