This place is very peaceful and kept in good shape. the check-in was great with local recommendations. It is outside of the city central. Getting to the center is simple but lots of walking and steps. Overall a nice place to stay away from the tourist areas. Vito is very pleasant and helpful. He welcomed us with a tour of his villa and even offered coffee and lemoncello. Great hospitality and would recommend this villa to anyone looking for an amalfi escape!

The apartment is beautiful. It was impeccable, super well-equipped and close to the port, the Spanish neighborhood, Plaza Plebiscito and many other places. Carlo was very friendly and attentive to all our questions.

Beautiful structure, well cared for and with convenient parking. The apartment is perfect for those who plan to visit the archaeological area of Pompeii and Herculaneum, Vesuvius! Strategic point! Comfortable apartment and prepared and kind hosts, they have always placed with promptness and kindness to requests! Tip!

We had a wonderful 8 days in Praiano. The location of the apartment is amazing but you do need to do hills or stairs & sometimes both. Giovanna & Pasquale were fantastic hosts with fresh lemons from the garden delivered every couple of days. The apartment itself has everything we needed including an amazing view. The bus services in Praiano are excellent which allowed us to stay away from the chaos & crowds but allowed us to visit then escape to the serenity of Praiano.

Nice apartment, very clean. Great location for visiting Naples on foot. Convenience stores are next door. Carmella welcomed us with great kindness and advice. I would definitely recommend this place to stay

Thanks to Carlo and Anna for a fabulous stay in their very cool jungle inspired apartment within a very old historic building. The room was very spacious and perfect for travelling with teenagers. It is located within walking distance of the train station so was perfectly located for our Pompeii tour meeting point. Carlo also very generously provided us with a welcome gift of delicious local pastries. A great stay

We had a fantastic experience at this B&B! The place was incredibly cozy and comfortable, making us feel right at home. The hosts went above and beyond to ensure our stay was perfect—they were proactive in solving any issues and provided great recommendations for local food spots. Their attention to detail and genuine care truly made our trip memorable. Highly recommend!

This apartment is on one of the side streets next to what is essentially a very busy pedestrian shopping/high Street in the historic center of Naples. It is on the 10th floor, but the building has two elevators to get you up there if you don’t fancy taking the stairs! It is a very spacious four bedroom, two bathroom apartment with plenty of space to spread out. We particularly appreciated the laundry facilities (including washer and dryer), full set of soft towels for each of us, and ample cutlery and crockery in the kitchen. Each bedroom had its own TV which our kids loved. Each room has its own air conditioning unit, which was also excellent. The location of the apartment is such that you can go shopping and strolling on the high Street, walk down to the waterside promenade, or very easily reach the metro station. All in all I would highly recommend this location, and this spacious and well laid-out apartment.

Thanks so much it was great. There are noisy streets with restaurants, shops and bars nearby, but the windows of the house overlook a quiet street. There is a courtyard near the house, which is closed. The hostess is very responsive, responds quickly. We wish you success and will recommend:)

I can only agree with the many positive reviews – the apartment is really great! Clean, well equipped and very pleasant. The location is perfect if you are traveling by car: Naples and the Amalfi coast are easily accessible. But the town itself also has plenty to offer – a beautiful beach, nice bars and a relaxed atmosphere. Clear recommendation!

I could not recommend this stay enough! While it is many stairs of a climb from Positano (to say the least), it was 100% worth it for the following reasons: 1. Antonio's son, Luca, was extremely friendly and helpful throughout our stay. He goes above and beyond as an Airbnb host. Even after our check-out, when we had issues getting to our next destination, he stayed available to us and was able to provide us with direction. 2. The place is as pictured with gorgeous views and is super clean and comfortable. I truly value this in a stay as it is not always the case when you book Airbnbs. 3. There are a couple of really great restaurants that are a short walk away, along with a grocery store. 4. I prefer to be away from the main, super busy areas of town where it is more peaceful and serene, as it was here. 5. My husband and I were able to do the walk down AND up the stairs once daily and actually appreciated it for the amazing views and exercise. Would definitely stay again!

Wonderful place to stay. My only recommendation would be to have Francesco review how to work the gas stove, AC unit and wash machine and the sleeper sofa. Hanging clothes to dry on a clothes line over the balcony was a unique Italian experience.

Had an absolutely great time. Elvira was a top notch host, provided us with many great recommendations and went above and beyond to help us have a great vacation.

Giuseppe was very quick to answer our questions and suggested places to visit as well as good restaurants. The apartment was clean and quite large. The air conditioning in the bedroom and living room was much appreciated on hot days. All the amenities included were a plus for us. The apartment is located in a noisier neighborhood, but it didn't bother us.

Roberto was super helpful. We checked in very late at 11 pm, but we did not face any issues. He provided the things we felt were missing in the apartment. Overall it was a very good experience and I would recommend it to other fellow travelers

The condo felt like home away from home. Clean and charming, with a wonderful view of the Vesuvius. Safe & vibrant neighborhood, capturing the authentic Neopolitan lifestyle. We had a great stay! The apartment was spacious and very well equipped with everything you might need. We also really loved the private garden, kids playground and guide! We will go put of our way to stay here again if we are ever close again!

Rebecca was amazing! We had a special celebration for a friend and asked her to get us a cake and she made it happen last minute! She also arranged for a private chef dinner one of the nights and it was absolutely delicious and perfect! The property was beyond gorgeous! So lush and green with views of the water as well! We would highly recommend this property if you are looking for a serene setting!

Giovanni was very responsive, accommodating and helpful in getting to the place. Agreed with other reviews that there are many steps, but it was well worth the beautiful view and we loved how relaxing and open the space was. Lovely accommodations. The stairs are a trek which isn’t a problem if you’re in reasonable shape - just keep in mind if u don’t do stairs well. We didn’t have a problem. Also, since we last came to amalfi driving rules have changed and there are restrictions now. We had to take a vehicle because of our larger party and we didn’t find the driving terrible, but we weren’t quite in the busy season. Giovanni suggested a parking garage, but we easily found paid street parking daily close by that was cheaper. Just do your research on street parking and driving restrictions for the time of your stay before you go vs. getting around by public transportation - restrictions are tightest during the busy season of summer.

Loved the place! Amazing view of the water and town below. We were able to watch fireworks from the pool all the way across the coast in Napoli. Very private. Would strongly recommend using the shuttle service on the way back up the hill. It was easy getting into Sorrento going down, about 15min. Coming back it is VERY steep so the shuttle on the way up was a huge help. Beautiful garden around the house. Loved it!

Everything was great, a good location. Calm and quiet but close enough to everything.

The unit offers breathtaking panoramic views. Simona & Alessio are great! We drove in from Rome and they saved a car space for us and helped us with our luggage. They are great communicators. Provided all the extras to make the stay comfortable. They provided Champaign on check in, vegetable's at our door and a cute bottle of lemon cello upon our last day. BE AWARE: In the description it says 200 steps. If you are from the US and other areas its better described as stairs, not steps. The stairs are 200 to the bus stop and another 50 to the two restaurants. And then a steep 200 or 250 back up to the unit. I would say on a given day we did between 1000 and 1500 stairs to and from the unit. I only put this in because there is a difference in steps and stairs and if you have knee or physical issues this may not be the unit for you.
