In the beautiful village of Fjällbäcken in Lindvallen is our apartment. In the area, there is a pool and a padel court (the pool is open from mid-June to August). Fjällbäcken is a newly built area in 2024, and our apartment is located about 250 meters from the new Söderåsen Express lift (with heated seats, etc.). From here, you can reach all the slopes in Lindvallen. Most things you will find in walking distance such as Experium with water park, spa, bowling, restaurants and shops. Also proximity to cross country tracks, hiking trails, climbing park and bike trails/trail.

Luxury apartment with ski-in/ski-out

Apartment with fantastic views and only 50 meters to the ski slope. It is 108 m², has 4 bedrooms, a fireplace and 2 toilets, one with sauna and shower. Boot dryer in the hallway. During Christmas/New Year, sports/Easter break, it is only rented out for full weeks. No smoking, no pets, and a minimum age of 25 for booking The proximity to Sälfjällstorget (500 meters) and all the restaurants there make this a very nice mountain accommodation. It is only 3 km to a large ICA. There are 2 parking spaces and a ski storage room. Wi-Fi is included.

The apartment is 54m ² and has a balcony with beautiful views of the square and the ski slopes. Free parking space is included in the property. The apartment consists of a master-bedroom, two smaller bedrooms, bathroom, sauna, a combined kitchen/living room and balcony. Bring your own towels and linens. Cleaning is not included. V52 and spring break, only weekly rentals. Welcome!

One bedroom has a double bed and the other two bunk beds, a total of 6 beds. There is also a utility room with the possibility to hang and dry clothes in drying cabinets. WiFi and Canal Digital's full range is available. Bed linens and towels are not included. Cleaning is not included in the basic price but can be purchased from the host.

This special place is close to everything, making it easy to plan your stay. Within walking distance to the nearest lift and Experium. With delightful views of the slopes from the balcony on the top floor and the pool area just outside. During the summer, there is a swimming pool and paddle facility next to the apartment building. Two bedrooms with combined kitchen and living room. Sauna for two people, stove, drying cabinet, private parking, Wi-Fi and smart TV. There is parking with a charging station for electric cars.

Pool open from mid-June to mid-August. In the newly built area Fjällbäcken Pool & Paddel, our apartment is located with close proximity to Söderåstorget. Our house is closest to the square. At Söderåstorget, SkiStar has installed a new 6 chair seat lift (with wind protection and heat in the seat) that starts across the road from us. Such a short walk to the lift. You can get home easily! Experium with its activities, MTB center, Cross Country Arena, etc. are also within walking distance.

Newly built ground floor apartment in fantastic Lindvallen, Fjällbäcken. Perfect location for both summer and winter activities. The nearest lift is the newly renovated Söderåsen Express with heating and wind protection that takes you directly to the top. The apartment has Wi-Fi and Telia TV with most channels Bring your own bed linens. Duvets and pillows are available. Cleaning is not included, can be booked at extra cost. During the winter, we prefer Thur-Sun or Sun-Sun bookings.

Apartment, built in 2020, rented out in Lindvallen Sälen. One of Northern Europe's largest ski resorts. Best Ski in/Ski out location. 30 meters from the slope. Just put on your skis and go out to Karinbacken. From Karinbacken, it is easy to get to Lindvallen's biggest slope; Gustavsbacken. Cleaning included. Linen packages are available to rent as well as bed making. It is 150 SEK per person (about €14) and it includes 1 pillowcase, duvet cover, bottom sheet, large and small towel.
