The "gray water" is used in the garden and the "separating toilet" works without drinking water flushing. Ein kleiner Spaziergang trennt euch vom Ufer des Naturstrandbades und den anderen vielen verlockenden Freizeitangeboten. Wir haben eine Ladestation für E- Autos. Für kleine Kinder ist die Wohnung nicht geeignet. In diesem Fall ist die 2te FEWO besser geeignet.

My apartment is located in the small, idyllic village of Ittendorf, very quiet in a cul-de-sac and is ideal to recover from the stress of everyday life. It is a small place with 750 inhabitants, surrounded by orchards. It is part of a detached house and is located in the basement. The apartment has a separate access with a small sunny breakfast terrace. A free parking space right in front of the door ensures a comfortable arrival and departure. .
