We hope you will feel relaxed and comfortable in our much loved holiday home. We have photographed our rooms honestly, no wide angled lenses or breakfast trays with flowers and croissants. We hope you will love the house for its fantastic views and a kitchen that is a dream to cook and entertain in. On the gateway to Cornwall and Devon this spacious and dog-friendly detached house is perfect for getting away with family and friends. Bar-K has recently undergone a major renovation introducing a large hot tub, sauna, ping pong table, cinema room with surround sound and PS5 and games room which includes a full-size pool table and table football. There is private parking for 6 car cars with an EV charging point and the outside space includes a huge decked area and a large secure garden.

Located in a quiet part of town at the top of the hill, it’s a scenic 10 min walk down to the town where you can enjoy coastal views, cafes, pubs and restaurants. Parking is off-road with additional space for trailer storage by separate arrangement/cost. The room is equipped with a small kitchenette and an en-suite with shower. If you cannot manage the hill, please ask if you would like a lift.

Outside school holidays the cottage is available for 3 night minimum stays for your perfect seaside escape.
