Because the unit is partly below ground level, it receives a bit less natural light, which keeps the temperature pleasantly cool in summer. Noise is not an issue, and the apartment is well insulated.

You will love my studio because of the cool room temperature in summer, its charming surroundings, and plenty of space in the 60 m² studio and in the garden. It is bright and quiet, and you have a beautiful view and access to the garden with a view of the lake and the mountains. My studio is great for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and families (with kids). The neighborhood is very quiet.
