Very cute and comfortable in such a cute location. All the amenities were great.

Elena was amazing. She was very flexible and responsive regarding our arrival and very friendly as well. The BnB has very accessible private parking, and was right on the water with a beautiful view. The location was next to a train station as well if you wanted to visit the other towns in Como!

The apartment is very wonderful - we enjoyed every moment ,very clean and complete and its location is more than great , very safe as no one can go up to the apartment without a special key for the elevator . Miss Jennifer was waiting for us in front of the building , she is a very nice person and went up with us to the apartment and gave us all the information we needed . She prepared a file related to the apartment and all the restaurants and shops and their locations in the town , she was with me by message about anything I need . I will come back next year and repeat living in the same apartment.

We had an amazing experience staying at Jenny’s place from the moment we walked in until the time we left. She was welcoming leaving us a bottle of Proseco and snacks. Thanks Jenny! Her place is exactly as seen and stated and we found it to be very comfortable. Jenny communicated with us, all things that were necessary to make our Como stay as easy as possible, even arranging our transfer at the early hours in the morning. My family and I really appreciated her efforts . Thanks again.

the view from the terrace is great. quiet during the day and at night. only the access is for people who can drive a car, but you have to remember that this is Italy and the mountains. I love driving and such challenges, so I rate it ******

Extremely well maintained and equipped apartment, located in a quiet part near Lake Como. Fabio was also extremely patient in informing us about the train / bus schedules to move around the area. Will definitely return if I’m ever back!

We felt very comfortable right away. The apartment is small but very comfortably furnished. The hostess was available the whole time and always responded to our messages very quickly. She has given us tips for restaurants and things to do. The apartment was clean and had everything you needed. We liked to use the small terrace in the evening to relax, as you could listen to the jazz music of the restaurants on the square below and yet it was completely secluded. The area is a little small but beautiful. The narrow streets have a special charm and by boat or car you can reach the cities of Tremezzo or Menaggio in a few minutes. Even the famous Villa del Balbianello is only 20 minutes away by car. We had a great stay and would recommend the place to anyone again immediately!

Has to be seen to be believed. This is truly the most beautiful air B&b. We were originally looking to stay in Bellagio but were so glad we ended up staying here, away from the crowds. Really lovely town with lovely restaurants that we got takeaway to sit on the balcony of the air B&b to enjoy the best view we seen in all of lake como! The apartment is up a very steep hill so would recommend a car. There is free parking on the road outside apartment. Or slightly down the hill if there’s no space. It’s perfect inside with open plan kitchen diner with windows all around letting you enjoy the view. The stairs are very narrow and steep but we just left our bags downstairs and it wasn’t an issue. Highly recommend this air B&b!

Aurora is a perfect host, the place was our home base for excursions around lake Como. It is not far from Mennaggio, which is a gorgeous town and part of the golden triangle from where you can reach Varenna, Bellagio and other towns via ferries. We were a bit concerned about the driving, but no need its narrow roads , but you get used to after driving twice, and it's worth it, the peacefulness is great after the hectic in "selfie-land" down at the lake 😀. we loved the contrast and the possibility to have both. Cooking yourself with fresh Italian produce is amazing, even more with your own fireplace and modern well equipped kitchen! THANK you Aurora 😊

The place was insanely good! The amenities in particular were above average. The house corresponded to our ideas and the pictures. The driveway to the house was really very steep, so you should be careful which cars you arrive with. Communication with the landlord was also excellent. Very friendly and quick feedback. We would come back.

Alberto was very welcoming and kind. The clean house with magnificent views of the lake and its beautiful and perfectly maintained garden! Absolute calm! Alberto gave us a bottle of prosecco, a bottle of water and some appetizers. Thank you so much, we really enjoyed it! Private parking is a big plus since finding parking is practically impossible. Super comfortable bedding! The only downside: the bathroom is very small.

We had a wonderful stay in Bellagio! The place was cozy and clean. Our host, Elisabetta, was incredibly helpful and friendly—she gave us fantastic recommendations for local restaurants and places to visit, which made our trip even more enjoyable. Great apartment above Menaggio. The view from the terrace of Lake Como and the mountains is fantastic. The apartment is very cozy and well equipped and is in a very quiet environment. The center of Menaggio is a short walk away, good hiking opportunities in the immediate vicinity. Georgia Louise responded immediately to questions and was very helpful. This place is highly recommended!

This home was honestly such a dream! The host was easy to work with and provided a very helpful video for check in. The parking lot/suitable drop off point for a driver is a bit of a distance from the house, on a cobblestone walkway with stairs along the way. It was a lot of work to get my luggage to the house but SO WORTH IT! It’s absolutely gorgeous and as pictured. The outdoor areas are all stunning and lush - I loved sitting outside for coffee, breakfast, and watching the sunset in the evenings (but bring bug spray)! It rained most of my stay so I didn’t use the jacuzzi or outdoor shower much, but they were functional (I checked) and looked lovely. The ferry station and bus stops are about a 5 min walk away and a local market around 3 minutes away. The couple that owns the store was so sweet! I walked to 3 different restaurants nearby for dinner. They were within 3-15 minutes walking distance and wonderful food! This will absolutely be my first choice for a future Lake Como stay!

My husband, my children and I stayed at Sebastiano’s place for three days and we have collected lots of nice memories for life. The views of this place are amazing. It is very comfortable and has in the surroundings many places to visit, or to do water sports. It was very easy to arrive by public transport and also to move from there to every sightseeing in the region. The house is very homie, and the kitchen had everything we needed, The pool is big plus and has a very relaxing atmosphere. We will come back for sure.

One of the most stunning locations you can imagine on Lugano. Right on the lake, 3 storeyed and superbly kept. Don't think. Just go for it if you are considering Lugano. Fantabulous views.

The apartment was as it appeared in the pictures and clean. The host was very friendly, helpful and caring. It was an authentic, romantic and pleasant stay. The house had everything we needed. There is a parking space nearby (I recommend the cemetery parking space, it is both empty, not in the middle of the street, free, and very close to the house). It was definitely worth the money, I recommend it.

Wow! We have fallen in love with Varenna! We are so happy that we booked Marco and Syliva's wonderful apartment who were very welcoming! A breathtaking (beyond words or photos) view awaits you in the apartment. Everything was as pictured and even better. The terrace outside was an extra bonus! Large and private with an incredible view of course. The beds were very, very comfortable and the bathroom was spotless - good size, all the amenities and the shower was very nice with good water pressure and hot water. The apartment is up the hill from the ferry and quiet and peaceful. A short walk (5 min) brings you into the main square of the town. Varenna is small, so everything is close. Restaurants amazing! Al Prato and il Cavatappi were great! The Monastery & Villa Capressi - gorgeous! We took a boat ride. We toured other amazing villas too. Plenty of room for me and my husband & our adult daughter. I booked a one-night stay en route from Luzern to Milan. The listing was as described, and though it was fairly bare bones, I had everything I needed for a short stay. It was away from the crowded areas though still easily commutable by bus and even walkable. The view of the lake was lovely, and I especially loved the honeysuckle-lined path to the garden.

This was an absolutely stunning spot. Centrally located, amazing views, and reasonably priced. It looked exactly like the pictures! The apartment was great - had everything we needed and was really comfortable. The deck overlooking the mountains and Lake Lugano is spectacular. I recommend this 100%. If you are coming to Lake Lugano, this is a great spot. I miss it already!

Marissa & Antonello were wonderful hosts for us staying in Milan for 5 days. Proactive communication from booking and gave us detailed instructions to get to their apartment from the train station. They then showed us around the apartment and complex so we could get around easily. They were always on hand to give us further information about the city & the apartment and left us enough amenities to last us for the duration of our stay. The apartment itself was very clean and modern with a peaceful environment from other residents. Would 100% stay here again if I come back to Milan.

The apartment gave the real Italian feeling. The pattio and garden were amazing and gave an relaxing enviroment. And the views over Lago di Como was breathtaking. Could sit outside and just enjoy the view and silence for hours. Would absolutly stay there again.
